4. thoroughly cleaned and redressed if required e The assembly should be protected against the effects of corrosion and damage Annually e Inspect the condition of sealing surfaces and surface coatings and threads repair replace as necessary e Re coat threads and sealing surfaces if necessary Contact Phuel if in doubt e Pressure Test to 300 to 500 psi and to maximum working pressure e Inspect paintwork and repair where necessary Five Yearly e Recertification by Phuel Oil Tools in accordance with DNV RP E101 Pressure Test e Fit the appropriate test caps and fill with test fluid bleeding off any air in the system e Apply pressure between 300 to 500 psi and hold for a minimum of 10 minutes e Increase pressure to Maximum Working Pressure allow to stabilise and hold for 15 minutes with no visible leaks e Bleed off pressure drain test fluid and remove test caps and dry e Apply coating of de watering solution to protect the bore and threads and fit thread protectors OPS 5119A User Manual N Phuel Safe Lok Safe Lok Operation Where fitted this is identified by an upset shoulder above the collar with slots and recesses z Am ALLL LNY a N Lift collar passing the stop pins Turn 45 and drop the pins into through the slots the recesses Lift stop pins out of the recess Make up the collar fully and Stab in the pin connection turn 45 and pass through the back off 1 2 a turn slots
