5. charge Please contact CSI for overseas shipping fees Return Policy In an effort to assure customer satisfaction CSI maintains Test Files of daily updates and historical data for QuickTrieve users Test Files allow you to ascertain data format and compatibility with analysis packages and to rule out other possible problems with communications etc involving QuickTrieve before generating normal account charges for data Test Files may be accessed with the QuickTrieve software provided upon subscription to the service CSI offers a free demonstration copy of Unfair Advantage through our web site for similar uses We pledge to make every reasonable effort to solve any problem you may have with our data and software upon subscription If necessary we will send or make available replacement copies free of charge to correct defects If cancellation is required our return policy stated in the following two paragraphs will apply WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY CSI warrants each CD and manual to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase CSI will replace any defective disk or CD ROM during the watranty period Replacement is the exclusive remedy for any such defects and CSI shall have no liability for any other damage In the event the licensee cannot satisfactorily install the UA software he or she agrees to accept in depth telephone assistance from a qualified CSI Customer Service Representative In considerat

20. ould we cancel suspend or Name Signature temporarily terminate our use of the CSI Data Retrieval Service certain edit graphics and analysis capabilities may be permanently disabled and the software may cease to function In addition any form of CSI software may fail to operate if an attempt is made to process daily data subsequent to the current date as represented by the last daily data file accessed from the CSI Data Retrieval Service CSI software may also fail to operate if run on market data obtained from a source other than CSI We further understand that all end users to whom information is resold that are not private individuals or sole proprietorships will be identified to CSI and that CSI will approve in writing whether such end user will be permitted to gain access to CSI information for the royalty fee of one half cent per Information Group Certain end users may be required to pay a royalty sum of more than one half cent per Information Group We also agree to notify users of our service who access information provided to us by the CSI Data Retrieval Service with the following statement The information received in whole or in part is the property of Commodity Systems Inc of Boca Raton Florida 33432 and is protected by applicable copyright laws Any graphic presentation of data retrieved from CSI for commercial use must be accompanied by the inscription Charts are compiled based upon data supplied by Commodity System
