4. ce prompts guide you through all operations First Steps EE First Steps How to Access My Mailbox for the First Time To access your mailbox call the HiPath Xpressions Compact number as signed to you by your system administrator The mailbox responds and prompts you to enter your code Enter your mailbox code number When calling your mailbox for the first time use the code number supplied by your system administrator usually 1234 If you enter the code correctly your mailbox announces the current mail box status Your mailbox is now activated and permits navigation Make sure to change your code number For information on how exactly to do this refer to the chapter How to Change My Code Number You can now access your mailbox and navigate through it 1 To record your name press repeatedly until you hear a system announcement that indicates that there is no user name recorded 2 Now press and record your name after the tone as prompted Finish the recording by pressing How to Navigate the M ailbox To navigate the mailbox press scroll forward or scroll back once or where applicable several times in succession All options available are signaled by announcements Menu Tree The functions offered by your mailbox depend on the mailbox class set Call to the HiPath Xpressions Compact number from the owner s extension Enter a code number Mailbox status announcement Menu Tree Kra Pl
