PERFORMANCE Detailed Instructions 1 Remove the Factory Front Under Tray Chin A Jack up the front of the vehicle and place on jack stands B Remove the four 4 bolts holding the front under tray chin using a 10mm socket shown in Figure 1a Remove the under tray chin C Remove the five 5 bolts holding the undertray fender liners in place shown in Figure 1b and Figure 1c using a 10mm socket The undertray fender liner will remain on the vehicle Figure 1b 2 Install the CorkSport Skid Tray A Install the five 5 larger rubber isolators into the five 5 bolt holes that you just removed red circles in Figure 2a B Install the four 4 small rubber isolators into the four 4 bolt holes that held on the undertray chin red circles in Figure 2b On some models of Prot g the outer isolators secure the lip to the bumper C Mount the skid tray to the isolators using the provided 6mm nuts The easiest way to install is to begin on one side and hand thread the nuts on Work your way to the other side of the car A long skinny screwdriver can be used to help feed the isolators through the skid tray Need Help With Yourinstallation2 Call 360 260 CORK 1 of 2 Part 99p 8 100 MAZDA PERFORMANCE 2 Install the CorkSport Skid Tray Continued D Using the provided 8mm bolts and nuts mount the rear of the skid tray using the two holes in the subframe shown in Figure 2c E Drill a hole into the s

4. lace on jack stands L 1b Remove the four 4 bolts holding on the front under tray chin using a 10mm socket shown in Figure 1a L 1c Remove the five 5 bolts holding on the undertray fender liners shown in Figure 1b and Figure 1c using a 10mm socket 2 Install the CorkSport Skid Tray L 2a Install the five 5 larger rubber isolators into the five 5 bolt holes that you just removed see Figure 2a L 2b Install the four 4 smaller rubber isolators into the four 4 bolt holes that held on the under tray chin see Figure 2b L 2c Mount the skid tray to the isolators using the provided 6mm nuts Start on one side and work towards the other side mounting each isolator one by one L 2d Mount the rear of the skid tray using the provided 8mm bolts and nuts Use the two holes in the subframe shown in Figure 2c L 2e Drill a hole into the subframe using 5 32 drill bit through the one of the side rear holes in the skid tray see Figure 2d Repeat for the other side L 2f Install the 10 self tapping screws into the holes you just drilled L 2g Double check all connections P This completes the installation of your Skid Tray Take your vehicle for a test drive If you experience any rattling double check all connections to ensure they are fully secured Check out our knowledgebase for 5 additional install information Need Help With Your Installation Call 360 260 CORK Part 99p 8 100 MAZDA
