Our Official Freight Forwarder will bring the goods to your stand inside the Exhibition Hall once the stands are ready If your goods have been delivered to Dubai by other freight forwarders please ensure that your freight forwarder coordinates with the Official Freight Forwarder MOVING OF GOODS Large and heavy goods that cannot be hand carried by the Exhibitor can only be taken in out through the exit gates of the hall and not through the main entrance of the foyer For any goods being taken out of the hall a Gate Pass from the Accounts Section of the Organizer s Office will have to be presented to the Security Guards manning the exit gates No trolleys will be allowed in the aisles of the hall when the Exhibition is open to visitors Trolleys can only pass through the exit gates of the hall and are not allowed to go through the main entrance RE STOCKING MAINTENANCE OF Normally re stocking can be done during the lunch break However all exhibitors are requested to check with the Organizer s Office on site for the exact timings Under special circumstances permission may be granted for maintenance or repair work after the Exhibition closes However the Organizer s Office on site must be notified at least 30 minutes before the exhibition closes This will enable arrangements for the admission of workmen and the provision of lighting etc Any changes imposed upon the Organizer by the Dubai World Trade Centre will be passed on to the Exhibitor
