5. 00 2401 SERVICE GUIDELINES BEFORE CONTACTNIG A TOP VISION SERVICE AGENT When you are encountering a malfunction with your Top Vision product there are several basic points you can check yourself before contacting a Top Vision service agent A All of the columns do not work yr Sketch D Check the following 1 Check if the unit is plugged into an outlet 2 Check if the infra red eye on the receiver unit is not blocked in any way 3 Check if the remote control is pointed properly at the receiver 4 Check if the remote control is being used close enough to the receiver within approx 3 mtr 5 Check if the led of the remote control still lights up when used If not the battery or the remote control needs to be replaced 6 If you hear an alarm sound signal while using the remote there is a short circuiting in the system Check if the wires are not damaged 7 If you hear a short low sound signal while using the remote the column might have forgotten the code reset your receiver and add your remote control code see page 11 If none of the above points apply and or help contact a Top Vision service agent B One or several of the columns do not work Check the following 1 Check if each cable is plugged in correctly into the column See sketch D If none of the above points apply or and help contact a Top Vision service agent C One or several of the columns do not close properly Check the following 1 Check if the se
