1. 12 7 11 Part Please Call RXP X 260 Remove side covers 2 bolts each side Remove bolts 2 and reusable clips 2 securing decorative cover to top of grab handle Remove bolts 1 at rear and reusable clips 4 at front Remove and save clamps securing decorative cover to outside of grab handle 1 Exhaust connection between water box muffler and exhaust outlet 2 Supercharger to intercooler hose discard 3 Intercooler to throttle body hose discard 2011 amp newer models must install RIVA GEN 3 Power Cooler before proceeding Install supplied silicone couplers onto intercooler and secure using stock clamps NOTE Do not over tighten clamps r 7 x Remove coolant verion reservoir Remove grab nanag 6 bolts Place one loose clamp over couplers on intercooler Install supplied silicone couplers onto motor end supplied Intercooler Tubes until end of tube is exposed NOTE Apply generous about of glass cleaner onto Intercooler Tubes Motor Intercooler Word doc Part RS17090 TK H1 12 7 11 2 Install intercooler to throttle body tube Secure with Install supercharger to intercooler tube Secure with supplied clamps and stock clamps NOTE Do not over supplied clamps and stock clamps NOTE Do not over tighten clamps tighten clamps r N Fa A 7 h iy K Replace connection between water box muffler and exhaust outlet Install recomm2. returned to RIVA Racing freight prepaid within the warranty period Any equipment returned which in RIVA s opinion has been subjected to misuse abuse overheating or accident shall not be covered by this warranty RIVA Racing shall have no liability for special incidental or consequential damages or injury to persons or property from any cause arising from the sale installation or use of this product No other warranty express or implied including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose applies Various states do not allow for the limitation of incidental or consequential damages and therefore the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you Warranty does not include the expenses related to freight or transportation of parts or compensation for any inconvenience or loss of use while being repaired A copy of the original invoice and a Return Authorization Number RA must accompany all warranty claims Warranted replacement parts will be returned freight collect Word doc Part RS17090 TK H1 12 7 11 4

SAR PERFORMANCE EA amp MNES Intercooler Tube Upgrade Kit PART RS17090 TK We strongly recommend the use of a service manual to familiarize yourself with the various components and procedures involved with this installation Please note that some of the original clamps hoses and hardware removed in the disassembly process will be used in the installation process These instructions have been written in step by step format and refer to illustrations We suggest reading through the instructions entirely before performing installation Please follow these step by step instructions and illustrations carefully APPLICATION S Sea Doo RXP X 260 and RXT X 260 using 08 10 stock intercooler or RIVA GEN 3 Power Cooler part RS1752 PC NOTE Intercooler Tube Upgrade Kit is not compatible with 2011 amp newer stock Sea Doo intercoolers x ALLOW ENGINE TO COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE PERFORMING INSTALLATION xxx Required Specialty Tools OEM Service Manual INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS RXT X moving deck Remove moving deck Refer to OEM Service Manual RXT X fixed deck Remove grab handle Remove bolts 2 securing engine coolant overflow tank to seat bridge Remove bolts 4 securing seat bridge to hull Seat Bridge Bolts 4 Coolant Tank Bolts 2 Remove seat bridge from hull and set aside Take care not to allow engine coolant tank to tip over during installation process Word doc Part RS17090 TK H1
