2. 42 NOTES 43 REPLACEMENT OF PARTS The following section contains instructions and diagrams to replace the parts pertinent to the gas heated portion of this 9 rill Replacement of main burner 1 2 9 1 1 1 Replacement of the Blower 1 gt Isolate the grill from the gas and electrical supply and remove the front and side panels Remove the large heat shields to gain access to the burner Disconnect the blower to burner air hose at the inlet venturi Disconnect the gas supply hose at the inlet ventu
3. Check for 120 VAC at terminal block between Disconnect power LIM amp 34 supply and perform continuity test on terminals of high limit cutoff switch Test continuity on contactor coil between LIM amp Hi lim its witch is defective Replace
4. Replace defective contactor
5. Check all connections on thermocouple interface board Re establish positive connection of all thermocouple leads
6. System gap out of Properly recalibrate calibration system gap 31 TROUBLESHOOTING Main powerswitch is ON Grill will not Controller display Press MENU reads OFF SELECT button heat Telite is lit
