CK BODIES wc TEL 800 334 9061 www mickeybody com 23 www mickeyusedtrucks com lu m pun Section 7 Pre Operation Visual Inspection TALEN BWNW U Bolts The attachment points between the van body and the chassis to make sure bolts are properly tightened Water Leaks Inspect inside of van body for water leaks on the floor and sidewall A water leak could be a sign of damage to the roof Rivets Check for loose or protruding rivets in the sidewall skins Exterior damage from objects such as tree limbs could cause the rivets to become loose from the posts Doors Standard Roll Up Door Check the gaskets on your rear roll up door to be sure all the gaskets are in full contact with the mating surfaces and they are in good repair Make sure door straps are not frayed or other wise damaged If so replace immediately Beverage Style Roll Up Door Check that the door track liners and rollers are working properly and are in good repair Swing Doors Make sure that hinges are not binding and that the locking cams are working properly and that gasket seals are in good repair Suspension On appropriate units check rear tire to body clearance Hydraulic Liftgates Railgates Regularly check railgate attachments to the rear frame to be sure they are secure Check the grease fittings regularly on all hydraulic gates Check for hydraulic fluid leaks Check the bottom of your wood floor Be sure it is always properly under coated

19. he design workmanship or materials of the vehicle chassis except that in the event and solely to the extent that Mickey has in any way modified or altered the vehicle chassis in constructing and installing the Van Body this limitation shall not apply with respect to any such modification or alteration 2 defects arising out of deterioration of any aspect of the Van Body due to normal wear and tear and exposure to the elements and 3 defects in the design workmanship and materials of products separately manufactured and not designed and constructed by Mickey but which are merely assembled or installed by Mickey on the Van Body including but not limited to component parts and accessories such as lift gates hoists refrigeration and air conditioning units cargo holding devices handles latches and other accessories reguired by the purchaser To the extent a manufacturer or supplier of the vehicle chassis and other component parts assembled or installed by Mickey on the Van Body has provided warranties to Mickey Mickey agrees to assign said warranties to the original purchaser of the Van Body In no event shall Mickey be deemed to have joined in the warranty assigned or by such assignment to have made any separate warranty apart from that which is contained in this Exclusive Limited Warranty and Mickey does not warrant that the vehicle chassis or any such component part meets the conditions of any assigned manufacturers or suppliers warranties
