AYO 31 Adjustment Process 1 Remove floor section located in rear of vehicle on passenger side 2 Remove tire cover located in rear of vehicle 3 Remove kneeler cover 4 Mark the actuator arm and base with a grease pen where the arm assembly sits in the base figure REV 118 5 Using the O T C manually raise vehicle so actuator arm moves about 1 this is to allow to bend the limit switch arm 6 Bend limit switch arm as shown at right 32 Adjust limit switch arm hand so that when the switch is triggered kneeling stops the actuator arm lines up with the mark made on the base Extend actuator to its full extended position vehicle will be raised Back off about 1 4 and mark arm s position on actuator base as in step 4 Back arm off 1 to allow for limit switch adjustment 10 Bend limit switch arm as shown in figure REV 119 11 Adjust limit switch arm by hand so that when the switch is triggered kneeling stops the actuator arm lines up with the mark made on the base 12 Run the actuator to its full extension Bring actuator back to its full retracted position The limit switchs should not catch or bend during this process PAGE 33 13 Repeat previous step a couple times to ensure that the actuator stops when the arm 5 at the mark made in step 4 If the limit switch is bending out place add mo
