Q mozeneroy MAXENERGY POWER SUPPLY RANGE The MAXENERGY Power Supply Range has been devel oped to fulfill the needs of backup power for electronic security systems such as burglar alarms fire detection systems CCTV systems and access control equipment All the models have a PCB and a switching power module assembled in a plastic casing The switching power module provides constant power from the moment it is connected to the mains The man agement modules can be used with tamper protection The plastic box is designed to provide space for two 7Ah batteries INSTALLATION GUIDELINES Select an appropriate location to install the unit as close as possible from the devices you need to connect to This way you will minimize the voltage drops on the power lines Install the wires gaining access to the units internals by the back openings on the case or using cable glands at tached to the knock off segments Connect the power wires for the devices on the PCB terminals making sure you respect the device s polarity and all the indications on the schematic below Connect the 230V terminals on the respective connector making sure that you use the right grade of cable and that the power is cut down on the corresponding circuit breaker You must certify that you have a safe and stable ground connection in accordance to your local regula tions Place the battery ies on the compartment connect ing the terminals and respectin
