URA Jet Auto pu essere riverniciato solo rispettando attentamente le seguenti precauzioni Prima di procedere alle fasi di seguito descritte devono essere rimossi tutti gli accessori esterni frontino e relativa viteria di fissaggio sistema di comunicazione e cavi supporti di fissaggio alla calotta ecc Le parti interne rivestimento di conforto e calotta interna di assorbimento energia cinturino non devono essere assolutamente rimosse o manomesse Tutta la parte interna del casco deve essere accuratamente protetta mediante opportuni accorgimenti in modo da non essere intaccata dalle fasi successive del trattamento Tutti gli inserti metallici filettati e non montati in origine sulla calotta devono essere adeguatamente protetti in modo che non si verifichino infiltrazioni di materiali estranei che ne possono compromettere la funzionalit La pulizia preliminare della calotta con solventi derivati del petrolio o sostanze chimiche potrebbero intaccare la struttura della calotta compromettendone le caratteristiche di sicurezza senza che tali danni siano visibili dall utente La levigatura delle superfici da trattare deve essere eseguita con abrasivi molto fini e deve essere limitata al solo strato superficiale della verniciatura originale Trattamenti pi profondi possono intaccare il rivestimento ignifugo compromettere le caratteristiche di resistenza al fuoco del casco Per la verniciatura utilizzare esclusivamente vernici acrilic
