MAINTENANCE The following instructions are of prime importance in keeping the machine perfectly efficient ensuring its maximum performance and avoiding expensive down time The first part of this section is divided into chapters according to periodic maintenance schedules N B The frequency indicated weekly monthly etc is indicative and refers to a machine that operates under normal conditions CHAPTER 4 ENGLISH The individual customer has to decide on the exact frequency of the maintenance work on the basis of the following guide lines e the amountof work done by the machine e the hardness of the water which causes a greater or lesser scaling of the boiler heating element e the amount of dust in the air e other local working conditions All the maintenance operations must be undertaken with the machine completely switched off and in particular a The general electrical power switch must be off and the plug removed from the socket b The water supply ball POS 66 see drawing page 10 4 must be closed The boiler drainage valve POS 34 see drawing page 10 4 must be closed c In case of machine with spotting gun the compressed air ball valve POS 13 must be closed and all the compressed air in the machine must be discharged d The hot parts of the machine must be left to cool internal pipes valves boiler etc in order to avoid burns Only by observing all these pr

MOLICION A En caso de almacenaje por un largo periodo es necesario desconectar las fuentes de alimentacion hidraulicas el ctricas y neumaticas Proceder de la siguiente manera a Purgar la caldera el deposito de alimentacion del agua y el deposito del separador de condensados b Con la finalidad de evitar la rotura de la bomba por el hielo purgar el agua que ha permanecido en el interior del cuerpo de la bomba Afloja el tomillo con cabeza hexagonal atornillado en la parte inferior del cuerpo de la bomba luego volver a montar el tornillo CAPITULO 7 ESPANOL c Proveer a la limpieza de las paredes internas de la caldera de los depositos de barro y de las incrustaciones de calcareo d Limpiar las uniones de la caldera y los diferentes tubos de eventuales tapones de calcareo e AI final de estas operaciones volver a cerrar las llaves de bola de alimentaci n y de descarga del agua Volver a montar todos los paneles de cierre de la m quina y cubrirla con una tela para protegerla de la humedad y del polvo En caso de demolici n actuar de la siguiente manera a Descargar directamente en la cloaca el agua que ha permanecido en la caldera en el deposito de recuperaci n de los condensados en el deposito de alimentaci n del agua asegur ndose que no tengan impurezas nocivas b Remover todos los componentes el ctricos hidr ulicos y neum ticos de los paneles sobre los cuales est n fijados
59. MPLEO DE LA MAQUINA VERIFICACIONES PRELIMINARES Proceder de la siguiente manera ver el dibujo en la p g 10 4 fig A a Controlar que la llave a bola de purga de la caldera POS 34 est bien cerrada b Controlar que la llave a bola de alimentaci n del agua POS 66 est abierta c En el caso de m quinas con pistolas desmanchadoras aire vapor controlar que la llave a bola de alimentaci n del aire comprimido POS 13 ver la p g 10 6 est abierta d Si la m quina ha permanecido detenida por mucho tiempo asegurarse de que la bomba no se haya bloqueado a causa de las incrustaciones internas Controlar luego que el eje gire a mano con tal finalidad utilizar la muesca del destornillador en la extremidad del eje del lado del ventilador NOTA No hacer funcionar la bomba con el grifo del agua cerrado porque se danaria irreparablemente AI principio con la maquina fria el vapor en llegada se condensar rapidamente por lo tanto se aconseja esperar algunos minutos antes de comenzar el trabajo para que toda la condensacion formada se pueda purgar Si no se atienen a esta norma la condensaci n abundante que se forma saldria de las ca erias de vaporizaci n danando la prenda PUESTA EN MARCHA DE LA MAQUINA VER LOS DIBUJOS EN LA PAG 10 3 Proceder de la siguiente manera a Encender el interruptor general previsto en la linea el ctrica de alimentacion b Encender el interruptor gener
