8. e Premontare le boccole di scorrimento come evidenziato nelle foto UM_GFI_I GB_rev 2 0 _ lWl NyNy gt yWlll1 m 11 h bamar C 9 1 Fitting connectors and half bearings Proceed as follows in order to connect middle foils and reinforce both terminal and hoisting foil e Fit the half bearings before as highlighted on the photos 39 h bamar C 9 2 Montaggio di profilo terminale giunti di rinforzo distanziali ed anello di fermo Sul profilo terminale devono essere applicati i giunti di rinforzo n 2 ed i distanziali Vedi foto qui a fianco e disegno esplicativo alla sezione C 7 e nserire l anello di fermo sullo strallo e Introdurre il distanziale pi lungo tagliato a misura se serve per ulteriori informazioni vedi sezione C 7 all interno del profilo terminale Assemblare uno dei due giunti di rinforzo composto da tre elementi in alluminio inserendo alle due estremit le quattro mezze lune in Delrin che vanno a formare due boccole di scorrimento Inserire ora il giunto completo all interno del profilo terminale in modo che vada ad appoggiarsi sul distanziale Immettere a questo punto il distanziale corto all interno del profilo e Infine assemblare il secondo giunto di rinforzo come sopra descritto ed inserirlo completamente all interno del profilo terminale in modo che vada ad appoggiarsi sul distanziale corto Applicare una goccia di liquido frenafiletti sui

A CAUTION Make sure not to over bend the foils when installing the system onboard C 11 HOW TO ADJUST THE TURNBUCKLE e In order to adjust the turnbuckle disassemble the screws A connecting torque tube to hoisting foil Lift the torque tube and let it slide upwards over the extrusions until the turnbuckle housed inside the motorization is shown e Adjust and tighten the turnbuckle e Slip the torque tube down and tighten the screws in their original position UM GF I GB rev 2 0 d C 12 MONTAGGIO DELL AVVOLGIFIOCCO CON ALBERO ARMATO In questo caso non necessario smontare lo strallo ma sufficiente scollegarlo dalla landa di prua per eseguire il montaggio dell avvolgifiocco Adottando questa soluzione i profili non sono sottoposti allo stress derivato dalla inevitabile flessione in fase di installazione dello strallo sull albero A PERICOLO Prima di scollegare lo strallo dalla landa di prua assicurarsi che sia stata applicata una drizza di sicurezza Per eseguire il montaggio seguire la procedura descritta per l installazione con strallo a terra adottando alcuni importanti accorgimenti Per evitare che il profilo montato sullo strallo cada inserire la testa girevole e mandarla in battuta sull anello di fermo Collegare la drizza sull attacco relativo ed una piccola cima per il recupero sull attacco di penna Mettere in tiro la drizza e sollevarla ripetutamente man mano che i profili vengono a
