Con un destornillador desenroscar el tornillo 13 y soltar as la cuchilla 3 Sacar la cuchilla vieja del alojamiento correspondiente del pist n colocar la nueva y sujetarla con el tornillo mencionado Antes de volver cerrar la cabeza evacuar la presi n del aceite haciendo retroceder com pletamente la cuchilla en caso contrario el conjunto superior podria chocar contra la arista de la cuchilla inferior y estropearla gt Cuchilla superior Abrir la cabeza desenganchando el diente de retenci n 4 Quitarelaro 18 extraer el pasador 14 para soltar completamente el grupo superior de la cabeza Quitar el aro 22 extraer el pasador 21 y separar el diente de retenci n 4 del grupo superior Recuperar el muelle 17 que quedar as liberado de su alojamiento en la guia derecha 16 Destornillar los 4 tornillos 20 y quitar las gu as 15 y 16 liberando la cuchilla 2 En la cuchilla nueva montar las gu as de la izquierda y de la derecha introducir en el asiento de sta el muelle 17 y volver a montar el diente de retenci n 4 Montar la cuchilla en la cabeza 19 meter a fondo el pasador 14 y sujetarlo con el aro el stico 18 5 CONEXI N AL ORDENADOR La tarjeta de memoria de la herramienta permite grabarlos par metros de los ciclos realizados hasta 200 000 eventos y mediante el cable USB suministrado pasarlos a un ordenador Para visualizar y gestionar los datos en la tarjeta es necesari

Le changement des lames doit tre effectu avec l outil d pourvu de batterie Il peut arriver qu une utilisation prolong e ou non appropri e cause la perte d aff tage des lames ou leur endommagement Le changement des lames est cependant tr s simple gt Lame inf rieure Ouvrir la t te en levant le loquet 4 et ouvrir compl tement la t te jusqu la but e Actionner le moteur pour faire avancer la lame inf rieure 3 jusqu a ce que soit visible sa vis de fixation 13 sur le piston 12 et enlever la batterie l aide d un tournevis d visser la vis 13 de fa on lib rer la lame 3 Enlever la vieille lame de son logement introduire la lame neuve et la bloquer avec la m me vis Avant de refermer la lame sup rieure rel cher la pression d huile de fa on ce que la lame inf rieure redescende compl tement pour viter qu elle soit heurt e et endommag e par la sup rieure Lame sup rieure Ouvrir la t te en tirant le loquet 4 Enlever l anneau lastique 18 extraire l axe 14 pour lib rer le groupe sup rieur de la t te Enlever l anneau lastique 22 extraire l axe 21 et d gager le loquet 4 du groupe sup rieur R cup rer le ressort 17 qui sera ainsi lib r du logement correspondant dans le guide droit 16 de la lame inf rieure D visser les 4 vis 20 et enlever les guides 15 et 16 de fa on d gager la lame 2 Monter les guides de gauch

16. 6 8 Ibs 4 CAMBIO DELLE LAME Rif a Fig 4 Il cambio delle lame deve essere effettuato con utensile privo di batteria Pu accadere che per uso prolungato o improprio le lame perdano il filo oppure si danneggino La sostituzione delle lame vecchie con le nuove semplice Lama inferiore Aprirelatestasganciandoil dente diarresto 4 far ruotare ilcomplesso superiore completamente fino alla battuta Azionareilmotore facendo avanzare la lama inferiore 3 fino a mettere in vista il grano di fissaggio 13 sul pistone 12 quindi togliere la batteria Con un cacciavite svitare il grano 13 liberando cos la lama 3 Togliere la vecchia lama dalla sede del pistone inserirvi la nuova e bloccarla con lo stesso grano Prima dirichiudere la testa rilasciare la pressione dell olio facendo arretrare completamente la lama in caso contrario il complesso superiore urterebbe contro lo spigolo della lama inferiore danneggiandola Lama superiore Aprire la testa sganciando il dente di arresto 4 Togliere l anello elastico 18 sfilare il perno 14 e liberare il complesso superiore della testa Togliere l anello elastico 22 sfilare il perno 21 e staccare il dente di arresto 4 dal complesso superiore Recuperare la molla 17 che verr in questo modo liberata dall apposita sede ricavata nella guida destra 16 Svitare le 4 viti 20 e togliere le guide di sinistra 15 e di destra 16 liber
