ADLERSPA COM ASM312 10 RIPRODUZIONE VIETATA COPYRIGHT 5 1 SMONTAGGIO DISASSEMBLY e Eseguire lo smontaggio del box SOLO ED ESCLUSIVAMENTE DOPO AVER TOLTO LA TENSIONE e Disconnettere il Box dalla valvola o dall attuatore e scollegare i cavi elettrici dalla morsettiera e dalla messa a terra Rimozione dell indicatore esterno 24 Rimuovere le viti TPSC M4x10 25 e O Ring di tenuta 22 Rimozione dell indicatore interno 23 Sollevare l indicatore 23 senza forzare l accoppiamento di forma con il perno 9 Rimozione del coperchio BOX 20 Svitare le 8 viti TCEI M6x25 21 Tenendo fermo il corpo 5 ruotare e tirare leggermente il coperchio 20 avendo cura di non deformare il perno dell indicatore 9 ATTENZIONE Durante le fasi di smontaggio possibile che l O Ring di tenuta del corpo 10 esca dalla propria sede E necessario verificare che esso sia nella propria sede in fase di montaggio in quanto l errato posizionamento dell O Ring pu provocare malfunzionamenti del Box Rimozione della scheda elettronica con le morsettiere 7 Rimuovere le viti TCCI M4x10 2c Rimozione dei micro interruttori 12 Rimuovere le viti TCCC M5x35 15 rimuovere il coperchio 14 i micro interruttori 12 e il distanziale 13 Rimozione del perno 9 Rimuovere l anello elastico 1 con l apposita pinza a becchi o Estrarre il perno 9 facendo attenzione a non danneggiare gli O Ring 8 Rimozione
