4. 2 Inserire la cima nel foro del carrello F e proseguire lungo le scanalature del tamburo in modo da avere 2 giri di cima avvolti attorno al tamburo stesso Far confluire poi la cima nel foro D sul tamburo Per facilitare l inserimento cima irrigidirne il capo terminale ricoprendola con del nastro adesivo e se necessario allentare le due viti A del tirante B 3 Far passare la scotta nel foro del tamburo e farla uscire da uno dei fori laterali G del montante laterale di SX cucire la parte terminale della cima C e reinserirla accuratamente nel vano interno alla fiancata assicurandosi che non ci sia contatto tra il terminale cucito della cima e la fiancata forata C 4 Tensionare i giri di cima sul tamburo manualmente la cima che esce dal carrello F 5 Assicurarsi di avere stretto le due viti A del tirante B AVVERTENZA ora possibile riattivare la tensione elettrica al motore Winch 6 Avvolgere la scotta sul tamburo usando la massima cautela per la verifica di tutte le funzionalit tirando VITE TIRANTE SX LH TIE ROD SCREW MONTANTE LATERALE SX LH SIDE PILLAR ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO E USO INSTALLATION AND USE Procedure 1 Position the line guiding car F as near as possible to the left hand side pillar Make sure the hole D on the drum where the rope has to be inserted is accessible from the front A DANGER You must interrupt the power supply to the winch motor 2

16. housed in a dedicated compartment not subjected to weather The compartment has to be water tight and humidity proof Moreover it needs to protect the system from foreign bodies which may block gears or sliding elements BCWE is equipped with electric electronic devices which are sensitive to water and humidity BCWE is equipped with sliding parts which may partially be exposed These elements if not correctly kept clean and protected may seriously compromise its performance as they may deteriorate or get obstructed WARNING The use of original spare parts always ensures maximum product performance and efficiency Zattini Group srl declines every and any responsibility for damages to things and or persons deriving from the use of components different from those offered to its own Clients If non original parts are used the warranty is void even within the warrantied time period WARNING Should the equipment present any manufacturing fault please contact Zattini Group srl Should the equipment be taken apart by personnel not authorized by BAMAR any warranty claim would be void D 2 MAINTENANCE LEVELS Considering the size of the equipment on which maintenance operations have to be carried out we had to divide those operations into three different levels Level 1 Maintenance on board The maintenance operations that are part of this level consist of preventive and corrective maintenance operations as well a
