K estrarre la sacca sfilandola attraverso lo stes so foro lato valvola avendo la massima cura per non danneggiarla foto 15 PULIZIA E ISPEZIONE Ripulire scrupolosamente le parti metalliche con un solvente organico Verificare visivamente lo stato dei pezzi montati all interno della valvola testa e stelo molla dado e distanziale controllare spingendo sulla testa della valvola che scorra liberamente Pulire la sacca con alcool isopropilico ad esem pio Verificare che la sacca non presenti diffetti visibili Verificare che il corpo non presenti inter namente tracce di corrosione Se il corpo ha in ternamente un rivestimento protettivo verificarne il buono stato Sostituire le parti difettose Gli O Ring debbono essere sempre sostituiti DISMANTIG OF ACCUMULATORS Isolate and depressurize the accumulator using the isolating block or depressurize the hydraulic system Remove the accumulator and place it horizontally ina vice or another securing device Protect the shell so as not to demage it A Unscrew the guard cap from the charging valve photo 1 B Unscrew the charging valve plug photo 2 C Discharge the gas contained in the bladder using a charging and gauge assembly untill O is show onthe manometer photo 3 Make sure that the bladder is not charged with nitrogen by checking that the charging valve is open Important if the bladder remains in contact with the anti extrusion system consult OL2. ACCUMULATORE salare e decomprimere laccumulatore tramite il blocco d intercettazione DI o mettere a zero la pressione del circuito idraulico Smontare l accu mulatore e sistemarlo in posizione orizzontale in una morsa o altro sistema di fissaggio proteggen do il corpo al fine di non danneggiarlo A Svitare il tappo di protezione della valvola azoto foto 1 B Svitare il tappo della valvola azoto foto 2 C Scaricare mediante il verificatore gonfiatore il gas contenuto nella sacca lentamente finch il manometro non segna pressione 0 foto 3 Assicurarsi che la sacca non abbia pi press ione verificando che la valvola lato olio sia aperta Importante se ci non accade e la sacca conti nua a mantener e chiusa la valvola contattare OLAER D Svitare la valvola azoto completa foto 4 o le parti interne del sistemavalvola foto 5 6 o la valvola a spillo foto 7 a seconda dei modelli E Svitare la ghiera di bloccaggio della sacca e la targhetta foto 8 a seconda dei modelli F Togliere la vite di spurgo e relativa guarnizio ne foto 9 10 G svitare la ghiera della valvola foto 11 H Spingere a mano la valvola all interno del cor po dell accumulatore per liberare il distanziale l O Ring e la rondella foto 12 Sfilare la bussola vulcanizzata dal corpo valvo la Piegarla con cautela in modo da poterla estrarre dal corpo dell accumulatore foto 13 J Estrarre la valvola foto 14
3. ACCUMULATORI Serie EHV SMONTAGGIO ACCUMULATORE DISMANTLIG ACCUMULATORS USO E MANUTENZIONE ACCUMULATORI Serie EHV RIMONTAGGIO DELL ACCUMULATORE L Eliminare l aria contenuta nella sacca compri mendola foto 16 M Lubrificare abbondantemente l interno del corpo dellaccumulatore con lo stesso fluido utilizzato nel circuito o similare circa 10 del volume dell accumulatore fino a cpacit di 5 It 5 per capacit superiori ruotandolo pi volte attorno all asse In caso di fluidi a bassa viscosit inferiore a 5 cSt consultare OLAER Lubrificare la sacca ed introdurla nel corpo Controllare che non sia ripiegata o attorciglia ta Per accumulatori di grande capacit utiliz zare l apposito attrezzo tira sacca N rimontare la targhetta e riavvitare la ghiera senza bloccarla O Verificare lo scorrimento della valvola e lelas ticit della molla Introdurre nel corpo sia la valvola che la bussola vulcanizzata foto 17 separatamente e riposizionare quest ultima sulla valvola P Posizionare nell ordine rondella O Ring e distanziale foto 18 Q Riavvitare la ghiera ed assicurarsi del centrag gio delle parti battendo leggermente con un martello di cuoio la valvola allintorno foto 19 R Serrare energicamente la ghiera foto 20 S Montare la vite di spurgo con la sua guarnizio ne foto 21 T Bloccare la ghiera della sacca mantenendo ferma quest ultima tramite chiave sui

AER D remove the single piece charging valve photo 4 or the charging valve mechanism photo 5 6 or the valve core photo 7 according to the model E Remove the lock nut from the valve body and then the name plate photo 8 according to the model F remove the hydraulic vent screw and its seal photos 9 and 10 according to the model G Loosen the locknut photo 11 H Manually push the fluid port body into the accu mulator shell to release the spacer O Ring and washer photo 12 release the rubber split ring from the fluid port body Carefully fold it to remove it from the ac cumulator shell photo 13 J Remove the fluid port photo 14 K Remove the bladder complete with its charging valve body through the fluid port opening ta king care not to demage it photo 15 CLEANING AND INSPECTION Carefully clean all the metallic parts of the accumu lator with an organic solveni Visually check the condition of the components installed inside the fluid port poppet spring nut and dashpot Push the poppet head to check that it slides freely Clean the bladder with isopropyl alhohol for exemple Check that the surface of the bladder is not demaged Check that there is no corrosion inside the accumulator shell If the inside of the accumulator shell is protected check the condition of the protection Replace all aprts consedered defective The O Rings must be replaced Pagina 2 USO E MANUTENZIONE
6. USO E MANUTENZIONE ACCUMULATORI Serie EHV MESSA IN FUNZIONE FORNITURA Gli accumulatori sono forniti _ Sla precaricati con azoto ad una pressione di stoccaggio di 5 bar _ Sla precaricati con azoto al valore di pressione corrispon dente a quella calcolata in funzione delle condizioni di impiego MESSA IN FUNZIONE _Effettuare o controllare la precarica al valore determinato dal calcolo impiegando il verificato re gonfiatore OLAER La pressione di precarica deve essere tassativamente inferiore alla pres sione di bollo impressa sul corpo Nel caso la pressione risulti inferiore a 1 5 bar necessario seguire la procedura di rigonfiag gio della sacca vedi capitolo di rimontaggio al punto U e seguenti Verificare la tenuta stagna della valvola azoto ad esempio con saponata _ Chiudere il tappo di protezione a mano _Verifica periodica della pressione di gonfiaggio per mezzo del verificatore gonfiatore verificare prima di mettere in esercizio che la pressione di precarica abbia il valore richiesto Ripetere l operazione durante la prima settimana di fun zionamento e in seguito almeno ogni 6 mesi nel caso di normale utilizzo ogni mese se luti lizzo gravoso o continuativo Importante E indispensabile utilizzare azoto secco in bom bola munita di riduttore L impiego di compres sori d aria o ossigeno assolutamente vietato INSTALLAZIONE Per ottenere il miglio rendimento l accumulatore deve esse
