SA OOC Aa OC A USE During normal operation the instrument displays the temperature detected by the probe in contact with the basin Press the set key to view the current set point value chosen temperature value In order to edit the working set point value press the set and the A or A keys Once the value has been changed release the set key last The set point can be given any of the values within the established temperature range WARNINGS AND ALARMS EO flashing on display basin probe error to indicate one of the following errors incorrect type of basin probe defective basin probe defect in connections or temperature beyond acceptable range for basin probe currently in use check condition of the probe and proper instrument probe connection check that the temperature near the probe is within the acceptable range of measurement 2 flashing on the display data memory error indicates an anomaly in the configuration data in memory turn off the power supply to the instrument if when it is turned back on the alarm is not de activated it is necessary to replace the instrument this should be done by skilled personnel The editing of the thermostat s CONFIGURATION PARAMETERS which are factory set must be performed by qualified personnel only according to the instructions of the instrument 7 4 Shutdown Turn the unit off via the main switch A basin Turn off the circuit br
3. wenn bei der Wiedereinschaltung der Alarm nicht aufgehoben ist muss das Instrument ausgewechselt werden dieser Vorgang muss durch Fachpersonal durchgef hrt werden Die nderung der vom Hersteller eingestellten KONFIGURATIONSPARAMETER des Thermostats darf nur von qualifizierten Fachkr ften unter Ber cksichtigung der beiliegenden Anweisungen vorgenommen werden 7 4 Ausschaltung Das Ger t ber den Hauptschalter A Wanne ausschalten Den vor dem Ger t befindlichen Schalter ausschalten und die Ventile der Einlaufrohrleitung falls diese an eine fest installierte Anlage angeschlossen ist schlie en A DIE WANNE DARF NUR BEI ABGEK HLTEM GER T GELEERT WERDEN Wird das Ger t l ngere Zeit nicht in Betrieb genommen ist folgendes zu beachten g Das Ger t vom Strom und Wasserversorgungsnetz trennen h Die Wanne leeren und sorgf ltig reinigen i Alle Teile aus EDELSTAHL mit einem mit Vaselin l getr nkten Tuch kr ftig einreiben wodurch ein Schutzfilm gebildet wird 8 REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG 8 1 Normale Wartung Die normale und vorbeugende Wartung besteht im Wesentlichen aus der w chentlichen Reinigung aller Edelstahlsteile die mit lauwarmem Wasser und Seife zu reinigen gut nachzusp len und sorgf ltig trocken zu reiben sind Zuvor ist das Ger t jedoch vom Stromnetz zu trennen Haben sich Kalkablagerungen am Wannenboden gebildet sind diese mit einer Essigl sung oder geeigneten Produkten zu entfernen Gut mit Wasser nachsp

La temp rature maximale de fonctionnement est d environ 90 C le remplissage d eau est lectrique par lectrovalve et la vidange par trop plein amovible Tableau de commande avec thermor gulateur num rique 4 TRANSPORT ET MANUTENTION Si l appareil est transport sur palette il doit tre d charg au moyen d un chariot l vateur ou de tout autre engin de levage adapt man uvr par du personnel qualifi Le poids maximum est indiqu au Tableau A Toute ventuelle erreur de man uvre pourrait tre cause d accident avec risque d crasement Si les surfaces de l appareil devaient subir des chocs elles seraient imm diatement endommag es Pendant cette phase il faut interdire le stationnement aux alentours de l appareil toute personne non directement concern e par l op ration Le personnel effectuant la manutention doit tre muni d quipements de protection individuelle appropri s ex gants de travail chaussures de protection 5 CONDITIONS D EMPLOI ET CARACTERISTIQUES TECHNIQUES Nos ELEMENTS BAIN MARIE sont con us uniquement pour conserver et exposer les aliments r chauff s contenus dans des r cipients standard appropri s des locaux destin s la restauration collective Tout autre emploi doit tre consid r inappropri La temp rature maximale de fonctionnement du bac est de 90 C Les ELEMENTS BAIN MARIE sont disponibles aux configurations report es au Tableau A 5 1 Commandes et contr les Les dispo
5. concepita cio il mantenimento a bagnomaria dei cibi in contenitori GN Ogni altro uso da ritenersi improprio Le dimensioni della vasca sono tali da ospitare in lunghezza rispettivamente 2 3 4 moduli GN 1 1 Prima di utilizzare l apparecchiatura per la prima volta pulire l interno con acqua tiepida e sapone neutro sciacquare ed asciugare accuratamente evitare l uso di detersivi o polveri abrasive 7 2 Messa in funzione della VASCA BAGNOMARIA Inserire l interruttore di protezione posto a monte dell apparecchiatura e Verificare che il troppo pieno sia correttamente inserito nella piletta di scarico e Utilizzare il pulsante di carico acqua posto sul cruscotto Fig 1 riempire la vasca almeno fino a raggiungere la tacca di livello pi alta segnata sul tubo di troppo pieno circa 2 o 3 cm dal fondo e Accendere l interruttore generale delle resistenze vasca A di Fig 1 Regolare il termoregolatore digitale alla temperatura desiderata il termoregolatore impostato 85 C Il termoregolatore digitale indica la temperatura all interno della vasca e ATTENZIONE a NON RISCALDARE LA VASCA SENZA ACQUA Il surriscaldamento danneggia la vasca e le resistenze b VERIFICARE periodicamente che IL LIVELLO DELL ACQUA non scenda sotto la tacca di livello pi bassa segnata sul tubo di troppo pieno A010320 Rev 1 Pagina 3 di 16 PDF created with FinePrint pdfFactory Pro trial version http www fineprint com

9. o raschietti metallici e Varechina acido cloridrico ed altri composti contenenti cloro danneggiano l acciaio inox e Le parti colorate devono essere pulite con cera ai siliconi e pavimento sotto l apparecchio non deve essere lavato con sostanze corrosive che potrebbero sviluppare vapori che danneggiano l apparecchiatura e Durante la pulizia non lavare con getti d acqua l apparecchiatura 8 2 Manutenzione straordinaria La manutenzione straordinaria avviene in caso di guasto od anomalia da parte di personale qualificato possibilmente con l apparecchiatura disconnessa dalla rete di alimentazione In questo ambito possono essere necessarie riparazioni o sostituzioni Le parti difettose devono essere sostituite solo con materiali e componenti identici a quelli originali o indicati dal Fornitore In caso di sostituzione di componenti o modifica sull apparecchiatura eseguita dall utilizzatore senza il consenso scritto del Costruttore o con ricambi non autorizzati la garanzia decade immediatamente 8 3 Possibili anomalie Se la VASCA non si riscalda controllare l alimentazione elettrica e che il termoregolatore digitale non sia regolato al minimo Se dopo aver effettuato i controlli indicati non si ottiene un funzionamento corretto spegnere l apparecchiatura e contattare immediatamente il fornitore 9 SMANTELLAMENTO Alla fine della sua vita utile l apparecchiatura dovr essere esclusa dalla rete elettrica prima di procedere
