CONEXIONES EL CTRICAS ARM 230V Los motoreductores ARM son pre cableados como en fig 9A Cablear a la central los cables motor usar un cable de al menos 1 5mmg y los cables del encoder usarun cable escudado de al menos 3x0 25 Notas importantes para conectar el encoder se aconseja utilizar un cable blindado que no mida m s de 10 metros No utilice por ning n motivo un cable multipolar para pasar juntas las conexiones del motor y del encoder FINE CORSA iATENCI N Si se utiliza nuestra central T100 o T101 no deben utilizarse los fines de carrera Desplace las levas para que nunca intervengan durante el funcionamiento Si desea utilizar los fines de carrera conectados directamente a la central modifique las conexiones del motorreductor tal como se muestra enla figura 9B desconecte los cables conectados a los bornes C y con ctelos juntos en el borne A desplace los dos pares de cables conectados en los bornes B a los bornes C REGULACI N DE LAS LEVAS DE FIN DE CARRERA Con el motorreductor en funcionamiento manual coloque la cancela en la posici n de cierre y regule la leva superior de manera que el microinterruptor se active Posteriormente abra la cancela y regule la leva inferior para que active el segundo microinterruptor v ase detalle L en la figura 7 ARM ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS 230 V The gear motors ARM are pre wired as in fig 9A Connect to control unit the motor

5. 10 BRANCHEMENTS LECTRIQUES ARM 230 V Les operateurs ARM sont pre cabl s comme d taill sur la fig 9A Brancher les cables du moteur la centrale utiliser un cable d au moins 1 5mmg et les cables de l encoder utiliser un cable blind d au moins 3x0 25 Notes importantes pour les connexions de l encodeur nous conseillons d utiliser un c ble blind d une longueur maximum de 10 m tres N utiliser en aucun cas un c ble multip le pour faire passer ensemble les connexions du moteur et de l encodeur Fig 9B Abb 9B ATTENTION Si c estnotre logique de commande T100 ou T101 qui est mont e il ne faut pas utiliser les fins de course D placer les cames de sorte qu elles n interviennent jamais durantle fonctionnement Sil on souhaite utiliser les fins de course directement raccord s dans la logique de commande il faut modifier les connexions de l op rateur comme indiqu sur la figure 9B d brancher les fils raccord s aux bornes C et les connecter la borne A d placer les deux paires de fils raccord es aux bornes B surles bornes C R GLAGE DES CAMES DE FIN DE COURSE Avec l op rateur en mode manuel fermer le portail et r gler la came sup rieure de mani re provoquer intervention du microinterrupteur Ensuite ouvrir le portail et r gler la came inf rieure de mani re provoquer l intervention du second microinterrupteur voir d tails L sur la figure 7
