16. nell ordine di lt 3 5 mm s Py lt 15 KW o lt 4 5 mm s Py gt 15 kW con funzionamento senza giunto sono trascurabili qualora si dovessero verificare anomalie rispetto all esercizio normale aumento della temperatura rumori vibrazioni si raccomanda di disinserire il motore Verificare la causa delle anomalie ed interpellare eventualmente SMEM s r l non disinserire in nessuna circostanza i dispositivi di protezione nemmeno in funzionamento di prove e o manutenzione esercizio di motoria ventilazione forzata consentito esclusivamente con il ventilatore esterno acceso MANUTENZIONE Prima di eseguire qualsiasi intervento di manutenzione assicurarsi che l alimentazione del motore sia disattivata ponendolo in condizioni di fuori servizio e successivamente attivare tutti i dispositivi di sicurezza previsti Utilizzare solo ricambi originali facendo riferimento alle indicazioni riportate nel catalogo dei motori Procedere alla sostituzione dei cuscinetti secondo le seguenti prescrizioni A 20 000 ore lavorative nei motori a due poli B 40 000 ore per le altre polarit diverse dal punto A effettuare il reingrassaggio al pi tardi dopo tre anni nel caso di cuscinetti con ingrassatore procedere all ingrassaggio del motore con motore funzionante L utilizzatore deve provvedere periodicamente a controllare lo strato di funzionamento dei cuscinetti movimento manuale Qualora si presentassero del
