40. umprofil 3 mit der restlichen B rstendichtung 6 und schieben diese bis in den Eckverbinder 1 durch Lassen Sie wieder ca 3 cm berstehen und schneiden die B rstendichtung 6 ab siehe Abb G Schritt 11 Stellen Sie nun den Rahmen fertig indem Sie das zweite Aluminiumprofil 2 auf die freien Enden von Aluminiumprofil 3 Mittelsprosse 4 und Trittblech 5 aufstecken Verwenden Sie hierzu ggf einen Gummihammer siehe Abb C Schritt 12 Schneiden Sie die langen Clickleisten 7a in vier Teile passend f r den oberen und unteren Bereich der Aluminiumprofile 2 zu K rzen Sie die vier Clickleisten 7b auf die gemessene Breite B minus 1 cm siehe Abb H Schritt 13 Legen Sie das Fiberglasgewebe 20 ber den Rahmen Beginnen Sie am oberen linken oder rechten Rand das Fiberglasgewebe 20 mit einer Clickleiste 7b im Aluminiumprofil 3 zu fixieren Setzen Sie diesen Vorgang mit den Clickleisten 7b an der Mittelsprosse 4 und dem Trittblech 5 fort Verfahren Sie mit den Aluminiumprofilen 2 und den Clickleisten ebenso siehe Abb I Schritt 14 Entfernen Sie berstehendes Fiberglasgewebe 20 mit einem Teppichmesser siehe Abb I Schritt 15 Stecken Sie die Abdeckkappen 1a auf die Eckverbinder 1 auf siehe Abb J Schritt 16 Befestigen Sie die Griffplatten 16 und 17 an der Mittelsprosse 4 gegen ber der sp terten Scharnierseite Abb J Richten Sie dazu erst den AuBengriff 16
41. und entgraten sie die Schnitifl chen mit einer Feile siehe Abb B Schritt 4 Schieben Sie je Aluminiumprofil 2 erst einen Querverbinder Trittblech 19 und dann eine Befestigungsleiste Trittblech 18 von unten in die daf r vorgesehene Nut im Aluminiumprofil siehe Abb C Schritt 5 Schieben Sie nun je Aluminiumprofil 2 auf der gleichen Seite unten einen Eckverbinder 1 in die ffnung der Aluminiumprofile 2 ein Achtung Legen Sie in den Eckverbinder 1 der gegen ber der sp teren Scharnierseite liegt den Magneten 12 ein siehe Abb D Verwenden Sie zum Einbringen der Eckverbinder 1 ggf einen Gummihammer Schritt 6 Schieben Sie in das Aluminiumprofil 2 die B rstendichtung 6 von oben in die daf r vorge sehene Nut bis unten in den bereits eingesetzten Eckverbinder 1 ein Lassen Sie am oberen Ende 3 cm berstehen und schneiden die B rstendichtung 6 ab siehe Abb D Verfahren Sie mit dem zweiten Aluminiumprofil 2 ebenso Schritt 7 Legen Sie an den beiden Aluminiumprofilen 2 mittig die Position f r die Mittelsprossenver binder 21 fest und markieren diese mit einem Stift Bohren Sie dort mit einem 2 5 mm Bohrer jeweils ein Loch in die Profilinnenseite schieben den Mittelsprossenverbinder 21 von oben in das Aluminiumprofil 2 und schrauben diesen mit einer Schraube 21a durch das zuvor gebohrte Loch fest siehe Abb E Schritt 8 Setzen Sie die anderen beiden Eckverbinder 1 unte
