4. nach Pedalen gerichteten Schlauch AIR schneiden Die zwei Ende an den mitgelieferten T AnschluB X anschlieBen Den Speiserohr 47 von Press Arm mit T Anschlu8 durch den dazu bestim mten mitgelieferten Anschlu X verbinden Azionare il dispositivo di comando per fare scendere il dispositivo di aggancio ruota fino all altezza dei fori del cerchio ATTENZIONE agganciare sempre la ruota dalla parte esterna del cerchio come indicato in figura in modo che si posizioni correttamente rispetto al piato autocentrante una volta sollevata Comprimere la molla del dispositivo di aggancio per permettere di entrare nei fori di bloccaggio del cerchio Inserire il dispositivo di aggancio ruota in uno dei fori di fissaggio del cerchio Prima di rilasciare il dispositivo di aggancio accertarsi che la boccola sia fuoriuscita completamente dal foro del cerchio Rilasciare il dispositivo di bloccaggio e accertarsi del corretto bloccaggio prima di iniziare il sollevamento Il dispositivo deve essere posizionato come indicato in fig 9 e 10 ATTENZIONE Accompagnare sempre la fase di salita della ruota con una mano per evitare pericolosi dondolamenti soprattutto nella fase in cui la ruota assumer una posizione orizzontale Azionare il dispositivo di comando per fare salire la ruota all altezza del piatto autocentrante dello smontagomme Predisporre lo smontagomme in modo da poter bloccare il cerchio seguendo quanto riportato sul manuale d

15. i uso e manutenzione della macchina Ruotare il braccio di Wheel Lift 2 per posizionare la ruota sul piatto autocentrante Scendere fino a che la ruota non si appoggi alle griffe di bloccaggio o sul piatto autocentrante Bloccare la ruota sul piatto autocentrante seguendo le istruzioni riportate sul manuale di uso e manutenzione dello smontagomme Sganciare il dispositivo di aggancio ruota e spostare Wheel Lift 2 in posizione di riposo 10 Act on the control device to let the wheel hooking device go down till the height of the rim holes ATTENTION always hook the wheel from rim outside as shown in picture in a way that once lifted it gets correctly positioned as regards the turntable Compress the hooking device spring to enable insertion in rim locking holes Set the wheel hooking device into one of the rim fastening holes Before releasing the hooking device make sure that the bush has completely come out form rim hole Release the locking device and check the locking operation has been made correctly before lifting The device must be positioned as shown in pic 9 and 10 ATTENTION always follow the wheel by hand when lifting to avoid dan gerous swinging especially when the wheel gets in horizontal position Act on the control device to let the wheel go up to the turntable level Prepare the tyre changer in a way to lock the rim according to the instructions manual of the machine Turn the Wheel Lift 2 ar
16. l Lift e inserire il perno nel supporto Avvitare la vite 8 e la relativa rondella 7 sotto al supporto per fissare Wheel Lift 2 6 4 Collegamenti pneumatici Inserire il tubo 47 nel foro posto sul fianco della carcassa sotto allo stallonatore Tagliare il tubo AIR proveniente dal lubrificatore e collegare le due estremita ottenute al raccordo X fornito in dotazione Collegare il tubo di alimentazione 47 del Press Arm con il raccordo a T tramite l apposito raccordo X fornito in dotazione UNPACKING Once the packing material has been removed check the machine visually for any signs of damage Keep the packing materials out of the reach of children as They can be a source of danger N B Keep the packing for possible future transport D INSTALLATION Fix the support 1 on the machine body as follows Open the tyre changer side cover Set the 2 screws 3 into the holes in the back of the machine Set the support 1 for Wheel Lift 2 Fix the support to the body by means of relevant nuts and washers according the given sequence 4 5 6 Fix the arm 26 to the post 2 by means of screws 16 washers 14 and nut 17 as shown in picture By means of a lift or in at least 2 persons lift the Wheel Lift and introduce the pin into the support Set screw 8 and relevant washer 7 tight under the support to fix the Wheel Lift 2 6 4 Air connections Set pipe 47 into the hole on the right side
17. m to position the wheel on the turntable Go down until the wheel rests on the clamps or on the turntable itself Lock the wheel on the turntable according to the instructions given for the tyre changer Release the wheel hooking device and move Wheel Lift 2 to rest position Actionner le dispositif de commande pour baisser le dispositif d accro chage roue jusqu l hauteur des trous de la jante ATTENTION accrocher toujours la roue de la partie externe de la jante comme indiqu en figure afin qu elle puisse se positionner correctement par rapport au plateau centreur une fois soulev e Presser le ressort du dispositif d accrochage pour permettre l entr e dans les trous de blocage de la jante Introduire le dispositif d accrochage roue dans l un des trous de fixation de la jante Avant de rel cher le dispositif d accrochage s assurer que la douille soit sortie compl tement du trou de la jante Rel cher le dispositif de blocage et s assurer que le blocage ait t fait correctement avant de commencer soulever Le dispositif doit tre positionn comme indiqu en fig 9 et 10 ATTENTION Lors de la mont e suivre toujours la roue la main pour viter tout dangereux balancement surtout en phase de positionnement horizontal de la roue Actionner le dispositif de commande pour soulever la roue jusqu hauteur du plateau centreur du d monte pneu Pr parer le d monte pneu de sorte pouvoir bloquer la jante sel
