3. d chute D use a screw wrench to unscrew the bolt P Lubricate all the sliding parts with Vaseline oil WARNING Absolutely do not remove or tamper the security bulkhead Q Do not slice up material which is not foodstuff Occasionally control the sliding parts and eventually lubricate with Vaseline oil Never use olive seed oil to lubricate For any problem please apply to the authorized Dealer and never tamper with the machine The Company declines all responsibility in case of non compliance with the given instructions SHARPENING OF THE KNIFE a Disconnect the appliance by switch G b Clean perfectly the blade L using alcohol Use the thickness adjusting knob F to open completely the slicer table W d Insert the pin C in the hole U and fix the sharpener by tightening the knob K in the second hole V the sharpening stone H will be between the slicer table and the blade L and the truing stone will be between the blade and the chute Use the thickness adjusting knob F to bring the slicer table W close enough to sharpen the turn on the slicer using the switch G for approx 15 20 seconds f Bring back the slicer table using the thickness adjusting knob F enough to avoid contact between the sharpening stone H and the blade g Push the knob N of the truing stone M in manner that it is in contact with the blade L for 2 3 seconds to LIST A Nameplate E End weight K Sharpener knob O Knif

6. ma L mola sbavatrice M tra la lama L e piatto D Far avanzare la vela W con la manopola numerata F verso il filo della lama L e azionare l interruttore G per circa 15 20 secondi Retrocedere con la manopola numerata F la mola affilatrice H quanto basta per evitare il contatto con la lama Premere il pulsante N della mola sbavatrice M a contatto con la lama L per circa 2 3 secondi per togliere la sbavatura Spegnere l interruttore G e rimuovere l affilatoio C 3 PULIZIA Togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente Pulire accuratamente la macchina dopo ogni uso a macchina ferma Usare alcool non materiali duri o abrasivi Accertarsi prima di iniziare la pulizia della macchina che la manopola numerata F sia posizionata sullo zero Per pulire la lama L togliere il coprilama O servendosi di apposita chiave per svitare il dado B Per pulire il gruppo piatto porta merci D munirsi di apposita chiave per svitare il dado P Lubrificare tutte le parti di scorrimento con olio di vasellina 4 AVVERTENZE Assolutamente non togliere o manomettere la paratia di sicurezza affettare materiale che non sia di genere alimentare importante ai fini del buon funzionamento della macchina controllare periodicamente lo stato di conservazione della lama delle mole affilatoio della cinghia di trasmissione Per ogni problema rivolgersi al Rivenditore autorizzato e non manomettere la macchina
