Smontaggio del codolo motore corto Mandrino a corona dentata Aprire il mandrino con l apposita chiave attraverso l intaglio e prelevare la pompa dal supporto Avvitare il codolo motore corto con l aiuto di un cacciavite a lama e chiave fissa dalla pompa Mandrino a serraggio rapido Con la chiave per viti a brugola attraverso la cavit fissare l albero motore della pompa Lasciare il trapano in modalit rotazione a sinistra e attivarlo al regime minimo Il codolo viene rilasciato dalla pompa Rimuovere la pompa dal supporto D Rimuovere il codolo dal mandrino Smontaggio del codolo motore lungo Mandrino con alloggiamento SDS D Con la chiave fissa attraverso l intaglio fissare l albero motore alla pompa Fare girare il trapano a sinistra a basso numero di giri Il codolo motore viene cos staccato dalla pompa Rimuovere la pompa dal supporto D Rimuovere il codolo motore dal mandrino DA E Uso A Attenzione La pompa del tipo ad autoaspirazione Se la pompa non aspira entro 12 secondi spegnere subito il trapano per evitare il grippaggio Per tale motivo non consentire l avvio della pompa se il flessibile pneumatico chiuso dal lato dello scarico Collegare l estremit aperta del flessibile di aspirazione nel liquido da aspirare Il flessibile di aspirazione non deve essere pi lungo di 3 m Prestare attenzione che il fles2. 3. so auf die Halterung dass der Antriebs schaft in das Gewinde der Antriebswelle ragt und die Stifte der Halterung in den Aufnahmel chern der Pumpe stecken Lassen Sie die Bohrmaschine im Rechtslauf und mit niedriger Drehzahl anlaufen und f hren Sie die Pumpe gerade auf den Antriebsschaft Der Antriebsschaft wird dadurch an der Pumpe befestigt Schlie en Sie den Ansaugschlauch an den Anschluss und den Druckschlauch an den Anschluss an Beachten Sie dabei die angegebene Flussrichtung A auf der Pumpe Demontage des Antriebsschafts Kurzen Antriebsschaft demontieren Zahnkranzbohrfutter D ffnen Sie das Bohrfutter mit dem Bohrfutterschl ssel durch die Aussparung und entnehmen Sie die Pumpe aus der Halterung Schrauben Sie den kurzen Antriebsschaft mithilfe eines Schlitzschrau bendrehers und dem Maulschl ssel von der Pumpe Schnellspannbohrfutter Kontern Sie mit dem Maulsschl ssel durch die Aussparung die Antriebswelle der Pumpe Lassen Sie die Bohrmaschine im Linkslauf und mit niedriger Drehzahl anlaufen Der Antriebsschaft wird dadurch von der Pumpe gel st Entnehmen Sie die Pumpe aus der Halterung Entnehmen Sie den Antriebsschaft aus dem Bohrfutter Langen Antriebsschaft demontieren Bohrfutter mit SDS Aufnahme Kontern Sie mit dem Maulsschl ssel durch die Aussparung die Antriebswelle der Pumpe Lassen Sie die Bohrmaschi
