Before performing any operation turn off the machine power and unload it by pulling the solenoid knob U Disassembly of the magazine Remove the split pins V and lift the magazine in order to remove it Disassembly of the leaf spring completely loosen the spring tightening handwheel S turning it counter clockwise Turn on the machine power to reload it then turn it off again immediately With one hand hold the top of the throwing arm I while with the other hand release it from the retaining fork by pulling the solenoid knob U Holding the throwing arm I firmly slowly ease it along its path until it reaches the point of no further resistance better known as the dead point This should be just beyond the longitudinal axis of the machine The leaf spring L is now completely discharged Pull the pin Z out and remove the spring Machine assembly reassemble the leaf spring L making sure it is correctly placed in its housing on the bottom of the machine set the connecting rod J and insert the pin Z Manually reload the throwing arm up to the mid stroke as at the upper dead point the micro limit switch P is still on open circuit set the magazine and secure it by inserting the split pins V if needed tighten the spring tightening bolt using the crank S Macchina Lancia Piattelli Automatica Fissa Fixed automatic trap machine Rev 000 Istruzioni per l uso G POR PROTRAE
