2. but e des d g ts importants pourraient tre occasionn s l h lice et ou au syst me de propulsion 2 Nettoyer et graisser les cannelures de l arbre d h lice N importe quelle graisse marine de qualit peut tre utilis e 3 Graisser les surfaces ext rieures du moyeu et les surfaces int rieures du logement de ce dernier Glisser la bague dans le logement par l avant La placer compl tement au fond peut n cessiter quelques coups avec un maillet en caoutchouc Elle doit tre fleur ou l g rement encastr e dans son logement 4 Glisser le tout partir de l tape 3 sur l arbre d h lice 5 Faites glisser votre entretoise ainsi que la rondelle plate d origine sur l h lice avant l crou d h lice 6 Serrer l crou d h lice selon le manuel d utilisation de votre moteur pour un serrrage correct 7 R installer la clavette et courber les extr mit s 8 Faire tourner l h lice manuellement au point mort pour s assurer qu elle tourne librement et qu elle ne frotte pas contre le carter de la bo te de vitesse Pour enlever le moyeu de son logement utiliser un jet de 7 8 22mm ou une douille pour la sortir de l extr mit de l crou de l h lice REMARQUE Le serrage de l crou d h lice doit tre v rifi toutes les 20 heures de fonctionnement IN a PROPELLER HOUSING ee Componentes del kit de bujes Cojinete del buje 41260400 para el kit de bujes No 26 Cojinete del buje 4128

Installation Instructions Kit 26 1120 0600 28 1120 0800 Item 9112 2601 THRUST WASHER PROP SHAFT in RUBBER HUE ASSEMBLY Hub Kit Content Bushing Assembly 41260400 for kit 26 Bushing Assembly 41280400 for kit 28 CAUTION FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS VOIDS THE WARRANTY Before servicing propeller be sure the engine is in neutral A spinning propeller can be dangerous Do not approach it hile the motor is operating and active It can cause serious injury or death If you have any questions please contact your Dealer or our Product Support Note The following outboards need to replace the OEM trim tab Suzuki R3 1013 users replace your trim tab with trim tab included in the propeller box Nissan Tohatsu Mercury R2 users replace your trim tab with trim tab included in the hub kit box if the blade tip strikes your trim tab 1 Make sure your OEM thrust washer is on the prop shaft with the taper end in first to match the tapered surface of the prop shaft Caution If a thrust washer is not used severe damage could occur to propeller and or engine drive 2 Clean and grease the splines of the prop shaft Any marine grade grease is acceptable 3 Grease the surfaces of bushing and hub cavity and slide bushing assembly into propeller housing from the front Seating the bushing completely to the bottom may require a few taps with a mallet 4 Slide the propeller assembly from ste
