13. vertido en min scula 36 Problemas y estrategias M ster en Traducci n de textos especializados Jorge Maestre Mar n 5 Conclusiones En este trabajo se ha plasmado el proceso de traducci n de un fragmento de un encargo real conformado por un texto jur dico comercial contrato de compraventa internacional del ingl s a espa ol prestando especial atenci n a la aplicaci n pr ctica de los conocimientos adquiridos en el m ster de Traducci n de textos especializados El an lisis extra e intratextual ha permitido justificar la demanda de traducci n de este g nero literario muy vinculado al fen meno de la globalizaci n Se han se alado aquellos rasgos que evidencian la intenci n performativa del texto as como ciertos indicios que invitan a pensar que podr a tratarse de una traducci n al ingl s de un original alem n Adem s se ha establecido la identidad del emisor y las caracter sticas del receptor Se han se alado ejemplos de l xico espec fico del mbito legal y del comercial y se ha reflexionado sobre la incidencia de las variables de tiempo y lugar en este tipo de encargos El plan de documentaci n muestra que aunque la mayor a de las fuentes consultadas son de car cter electr nico tambi n se ha recurrido a libros impresos para documentar determinados t rminos Ha sido posible encontrar textos paralelos tanto en ingl s como en espa ol cuyo estudio comparativo ha resultado de gran utilidad Se ha explica
