5. le put the Figure 2 desired phase contrast objective at the central position visualization position of the nosepiece Select the position of the turret figure 3 that matches the magnification of the selected objective for example if the 10x objective is going pe uy Page 6 Instruction manual 90137022 Version 2 Septembre 07 CASTELLANO Ocular auxiliar de centrado Destornillador Caja de aluminio a al Ocular auxiliar de centrado 100 IE o es Objetivos plano acrom ticos de contraste de fases 2 INSTALACION Configure el rev lver 1 1 de su microscopio con los Figura 1 objetivos de contraste fases y los objetivos normales que vaya a utilizar I Torreta de contraste de fases Extraiga el condensador y diafragma 1 2 despu s de haber aflojado el tornillo de sujeci n Coloque el condensador que va unido a la torreta de con traste de fases ajuste bien el tornillo de sujeci n con el des tornillador suministrado ya que la torreta es un comple mento con bastante peso y podr a llegar a caerse Figura 2 Coloque una preparaci n sobre la platina y proceda a enfocar normalmente para ello gire la torreta de fases hasta que el punto B coincida con el punto blanco situado en la parte frontal de la torreta Para enfocar la preparaci n utili ce uno de los objetivos 4x 10x que utiliza normalmente en su microscopio Figura 2 Para la observaci n con cont
6. raste de fases coloque el obje tivo de contraste de fases que desea utilizar en la posici n de visualizaci n Seleccione en la torreta figura 3 la posici n que coincida con el n mero de aumentos del objetivo selec cionado p ej si va a trabajar con el objetivo de 10x haga coincidir la posici n 10x de la torreta con el punto blanco situado en la parte frontal de la misma Extraiga uno de los oculares del microscopio y coloque en su posici n el ocular auxiliar de centrado suministrado con el equipo de contraste de fases Revisi n 2 Septiembre 07 Manual de instrucciones 90137022 P g 3 Uy CASTELLANO Girando el ocular de centrado enfoque n tidamente a Figura 3 el anillo de iluminaci n anillo claro y la placa de fases Lo 100 gt anillo oscuro o Proceda a centrar el anillo de iluminaci n sobre la 120 placa de fases Para ello mueva suavemente el diafrag ma correspondiente situado en la parte inferior de la O torreta observe a trav s del ocular auxiliar de centrado 10 gt que el anillo de iluminaci n coincida con la imagen de la placa de fases figura 4 Enfoque los anillos con el ocular de centrado Retire el ocular de centrado y coloque nuevamente el ocular que vaya a utilizar puede efectuar la observa ci n Nota si no visualiza una imagen n tida puede ser O O debido a que el objeto sea demasiado difusor y no se preste a ser observado con el sistema de contraste de fase
