Nunca deje la m quina con el motor en marcha sobre todo en la operaci n de acabado Nunca levante la m quina con el aro girando 1 7 Instrucciones de Mantenimiento Ajuste de la Inclinaci n El mando de inclinaci n de las aspas est a un f cil alcance del operario El ajuste de la inclinaci n de las aspas tiene una variaci n de inclinaci n limitada y puede ajustarse siempre que sea necesario El tiempo del endurecimiento del pavimento puede variar seg n la zona del suelo el ajuste de la inclinaci n de las aspas puede variarse de acuerdo con lo requerido mientras la m quina est en funcionamiento Despu s de cada Operaci n 1 Quite el disco de afinado 2 Limpie las aspas el plato de la y el aro rotativo de hormig n 3 Evite derramamientos de gasolina y aceite del motor en cualquier parte de caucho como la correa del motor etc SEMANALMENTE 1 Revise las correas que lleve y reemplazelas si est n deterioradas 2 Apriete los tornillos de las aspas si es necesario 3 Revise el nivel de aceite del motor Cambiarlo cada 50 horas de funcionamiento 14 6 ESPANOL UTILIZACI N 1A MUY IMPORTANTE Tenga cuidado al cambiar las aspas viejas por las nuevas Debido a la manera como han sido usadas las aspas viejas est n muy afiladas como un cuchillo Como medida de seguridad debe llevar puestos unos guantes durante esta operaci n para prevenir que se pueda cortar las manos Quite los torn

9. n original cuando ofrezca resistencia Para m s informaci n consultar el manual del fabricante del motor Uso de la Fratasadora Guiar la Fratasadora por el pavimento es muy sencillo Posicionese entre los mandos en el centro y por detr s de la m quina Para obtener la velocidad deseada gire el mando acelerador hasta adecuarla Para mover la m quina hacia la izquierda alce ligeramente el manillar hacia arriba Para mover la m quina hacia la derecha presione ligeramente el manillar hacia abajo Al sostener el manillar en su posici n natural la m quina permanecer est tica ESPANOL 14 5 UTILIZACI N Preparaci n de la Superficie de Hormig n El uso de Reglas Vibrantes mec nicas de aire vibran la superficie de homig n para nivelarla y proporcionar as la buena compactaci n del pavimento esto producir una superficie ideal para terminar con la Fratasadora Debe recordarse que las maquinas Fratasadoras no reparar n o corregir n un pavimento que est mal nivelado Operaci n de Acabado Antes de ensamblar el disco de afinado aseg rese de que las aspas est n limpias de cualquier resto de hormig n Antes de fijar el disco de afinado las aspas de la Fratasadora deben estar completamente planas Cuando la m quina ha acabado con los bordes del pavimento entonces empieza el disco de afinado inicial y la operaci n a lo largo de los bordes Despu s de cada operaci n el motor debe pararse
10. of each country in force 1B 4 INGL S 1 1 6 Instructions of Use Starting the Engine 1 the Stop Switch clockwise to the position ON 2 Push the security death man button to the position ON 3 Push the primer button to feed the fuel to the carburetor until overflows from the carburetor 4 Set the remote control wire at the position 1 3 of the way toward the high speed position 5 If the engine is warm or the ambient temperature is high close the choke lever half way or keep it fully open 6 If the engine is cold or the ambient temperature is low close the choke lever 7 Pull the handle slowly until resistance felt Return the handle to its original position and pull swiftly Never pull out the rope all the way 8 After starting the engine return the handle to its original position Stopping the Engine 1 Set the remote control wire at low speed the position and allow the engine to return at low speed for 2 or 3 minutes before stopping 2 Turn the Stop Switch counter clockwise to the position OFF 3 Pull the starter handle slowly and return the handle to its original position when resistance felt For more information refer to engine manual Using the Trowel Guiding the trowel on the slab is very simple Get into the operators position behind the center of handle for obtaining to the desired speed turn the throttle to right For moving the machine on
