3. bien encuadrada si no fuese as se puede utilizar el selector W T Wide Angle Telephoto para aumentar o disminuir el zoom Hacer la foto presionando la tecla Shutter La imagen aparecer en el visor durante algunos segundos lo que permite comprobar que la imagen est bien expuesta as como modificar el tiempo de exposici n 5 4 Manejo de la c mara manualmente Im genes visibles Para tomar im genes de geles te idos con Coomassie Blue o Silver Stain usando un Transiluminador de luz blanca es necesario retirar el filtro para el Bromuro de etidio y sustituirlo con uno filtro neutro que aten e la luminosidad del transiluminador La c mara fotogr fica despu s debe ser encendida y programada del siguiente modo 1 Seleccionar la modalidad Capture mediante el Dial de control Este mando permite mediante un giro seleccionar cuatro modalidades Capture Review Connect e Info y presenta un bot n negro central con cuatro flechas A Y gt orientadas a los cuatro puntos cardinales 2 Pulsar el bot n gris Men a la izquierda del visor de imagen que se ilumina mostrando los iconos de programaci n manual Estos pueden ser seleccionados mediante las flechas gt derecha izquierda y las opciones se pueden seleccionar mediante las flechas A Y arriba abajo Los tres botones grises debajo del Display se usan para confirmar la selecci n 3 Configurar la c mara con las siguientes opciones e Picture Type confirmar Still con la tecl

Doc Il tempo di apertura e prefissato a 2 sec Qualora l immagine fosse troppo luminosa il tempo pu essere modificato a valori inferiori fino a 0 5 sec o viceversa qualora fosse ancora scura a valori superiori fino a 16 sec Per lo spegnimento si utilizza lo stesso tasto La camera ha un tempo di stand by di 10 minuti se non collegata al computer Per modificare il valore di apertura o per verificare che i parametri siano quelli ottimali seguire 1 successivi punti Dopo lo spegnimento tutte le modifiche apportate tranne il tempo di apertura vengono riportate al programma originale Selezionare la modalit Capture per mezzo del Controller a quattro vie posto nella parte posteriore della camera Il Controller costituito da una ghiera di colore metallizzato girando la quale si possono selezionare quattro modalit Capture Review Connect ed Info e da un tasto centrale nero con quattro frecce AV gt indicanti i quattro punti cardinali Premere il pulsante grigio Men alla sinistra del Display di immagine che si illumina visualizzando le icone di programmazione manuale Esse sono selezionabili per mezzo delle frecce gt sinistra destra e le opzioni sono selezionabili tramite le frecce Mw alto basso I tre tasti grigi sotto il display si usano per confermare le selezioni Programmare con le seguenti opzioni e Picture Type confermare Still col tasto Enter e nella videata successiva Flash scegliere Off con la frecci

Il tempo di apertura prefissato a 2 sec Qualora l immagine fosse troppo luminosa il tempo di esposizione pu essere modificato a valori inferiori fino a 0 5 sec o viceversa qualora fosse ancora scura a valori superiori fino a 16 sec Per modificare il tempo di esposizione vedere il successivo punto 6 Questa modifica di tempo viene mantenuta in memoria anche dopo lo spegnimento della foto camera e fino alla successiva modifica Per controllare i parametri impostati selezionare il tasto Camera properties da cui appare la maschera Kodak DC265 Basic Camera Properties Selezionare Advanced e nella schermata General verificare il metodo di comunicazione Se la foto camera collegata col cavo USB attivo USB se col cavo RS232 attivo COMI o COM in funzione della porta seriale del computer a cui si collegati In questo caso si attiva anche il rettangolo della velocit di collegamento Baud Rate il cui valore deve essere 115 200 Il File Type deve essere selezionato come JPEG jpg Passare a Camera Settings e verificare che siano attive le seguenti funzioni Picture Type attivo Still Picture White Balance a Off Focus ds Manual e selezionare la Distanza 50 cm 1 5 feet Advanced Capture Mode Long Time Exposure e dare un valore di tempo in base alla luminosita del preparato Il tempo selezionabile tra 0 5 e 16 secondi il valore preimpostato 2 sec

Quality Good e Resolution High e confermare col tasto Done e Superare l icona Album premendo due volte la freccia gt destra e programmare White Balance scendendo con la freccia Y in basso fino all opzione Daylight che va confermata col tasto Select e Superare l icona Watermark che rimane selezionata sul valore di default None e nell icona Advanced Exposure Modes scegliere External Flash col tasto Select Nella videata che appare selezionare con le frecce gt sinistra destra un valore di apertura F 16 e confermare col tasto Done e Passareall icona successiva Advanced Focus Mode e selezionare Manual Focus e poi premere Done per confermare il valore di default 50 cm 1 5 ft Ripremere Done e il display si spegne Le scelte sono memorizzate e la macchina pronta per lo scatto 3 Posizionare il gel al centro del Transilluminatore sovrapporre il cono a coprire completamente la superficie illuminata Accendere il Transilluminatore e scattare la foto premendo il tasto Shutter Dopo lo scatto l immagine appare nel display per alcuni secondi e pu servire per verificare se l oggetto al centro e se sufficientemente inquadrato La camera impostata ad un valore predefinito di 73 corrispondente ad una inquadratura di 17 x 11 cm Qualora l oggetto fosse pi grande o pi piccolo agire sul selettore W T Wide Angle Telephoto per aumentare o diminuire la distanza in questo caso per non possibile predeterminare la superficie
10. utilizza lo stesso tasto 2 La comunicazione tra il computer e la foto camera si ottiene posizionando il quadrante modalit su Connect il collegamento evidenziato sul display di stato da un simbolo raffigurante 3 quadratini in movimento mentre il display di visualizzazione dell immagine si spegne 3 Avviare il Computer e lanciare il programma Adobe PhotoDeluxe Appare il men principale da cui si preme il tasto Apri e Ritocca e Apri foto poi si attiva l icona con l immagine della macchina fotografica e si apre un riquadro nel quale si seleziona Kodak DC265 poi OK Appare un riquadro TWAIN Acquire da cui si seleziona il tasto Camera Properties La prima volta pu apparire un messaggio di errore ed necessario uscire dal programma spegnere e riavviare il computer Ripetere la procedura dal punto 1 Per vedere eventuali immagini memorizzate nella memory card si sceglie Camera Contents da cui appare il listato delle immagini che possono essere trasformate in formato diapositiva attivando il piccolo riquadro in basso a sinistra M Show as Thumbnails In questo modo si stabilisce il collegamento con la foto camera Se la foto camera spenta o non posizionata su Connect appare un messaggio di errore Verificare sul piccolo Display di stato che vi siano i tre quadratini in movimento mn_ AF LOAN 4 La foto camera gi programmata con i parametri ottimali per l acquisizione delle immagini da Digi Doc
11. 161 Colorshot Polaroid Printer 170 8162 Printer Paper for Colorshot Polaroid 170 8163 ND Filters 2 4 8 SEZIONE 4 PROCEDURA DI ASSEMBLAGGIO 1 Togliere il cappuccio dall obiettivo e posizionare la camera sul supporto a L che si trova nella parte superiore del cono Quando l obiettivo perfettamente inserito nell apposito ricettacolo bloccare la camera avvitandola con la vite nera contenuta nel sacchetto della garanzia all appoggio verticale del supporto 2 Fare riferimento al bollettino Avvio rapido e suggerimenti o al capitolo 2 Your Camera nell allegato manuale di istruzione Kodak pag 2 1 per famigliarizzare con la posizione dei tasti ed il significato dei simboli che possono apparire sui display di stato e di immagine quando viene usata manualmente 3 La foto camera pu essere alimentata con 4 batterie in dotazione inserite nell apposito vano seguendo le indicazioni del manuale Un adattatore di corrente alternata CA in dotazione permette di collegare direttamente la macchina alla rete e quindi un uso illimitato della stessa Collegare il cavo dell adattatore all apposito ingresso posto su un lato della foto camera Si consiglia di utilizzare l adattatore CA senza le batterie inserite nella camera 4 La foto camera pu essere collegata ad un computer le caratteristiche minime del quale sono riportate nel successivo paragrafo Installazione del Software in quanto esse sono funzione del software u

CCION 6 TRANSFERENCIA DE IMAGENES La tarjeta de memoria de la c mara puede contener un n mero limitado de im genes en funci n de los parametros seleccionados Las im genes pueden ser transferidas directamente del Adobe PhotoDeluxe a un directorio del ordenador para despu s analizarlas o imprimirlas La trasferencia a un ordenador non descarga les imagenes de la c mara Para liberar la memory card se deve borrar les imagenes en esta manera e Enel modo Review recorra la fotografia hasta que la quiera borrar e Pulse la tecla Delete y confirmar con Delete e Para borrar todas la fotografias mantener apretada la tecla Delete durante 2 segundos y confirmar con Delete 6 1 Transferencia a un Directorio En el programa Adobe PhotoDeluxe seleccionar Obtener Retocar y Obtener foto Pulsar el s mbolo de la M quina fotogr fica C maras Para visualizar las im genes guardadas en la tarjeta de memoria memory card se elige Camera contents de este modo se establece la conexi n con la c mara y aparece la lista de las im genes que pueden ser transformadas en forma de diapositiva tras activar el recuadro siguiente M Show Thumbnails Activar la imagen que debe exportarse y pulsar la tecla Transfer En el Menu principal activar Enviar Guardar y Disco despues Exportar y 1 Exportar Ahora se debe transformar la imagen de color a niveles de grises activando la tecla E
