5. de cualquier cambio de aceite queda a discreci n del cliente El cliente deber realizar peri dicamente an lisis de aceite para asegurar que la condici n de ste es el recomendado en las especificaciones establecidas por el equipo original fabricante de aceite Con una solicitud previa NTZ puede ayudar en esta actividad 3 GARANT A DEL EQUIPO En el improbable caso de da o material en el equipo NTZO garantizar la totalidad de los costos de reparaci n bajo las siguientes condiciones Documentaci n que es total responsabilidad de quien hace el reclamo e Sial equipo se le ha dado un apropiado mantenimiento y trabaja en buen estado al momento de la instalaci n lo cual puede ser demostrado mediante las copias del historial del mantenimiento y 8 GARANTIA WARRANTY SERIE reparacion de los equipos e Siel filtro NTZ fue instalado por un mec nico certificado e Elusuario debe demostrar que el da o en el dispositivo se debe al mal funcionamiento de un sistema de filtro NTZ con una correcta instalaci n y habi ndolo proporcionado el uso adecuado e El cliente debe demostrar con datos reales o con un programa de cambios de aceite con per odos prolongados datos hist ricos que el aceite o lubricante en el dispositivo estaba dentro de las especificaciones de uso apropiado al momento de producirse la falla 4 COBERTURA La garant a y cobertura de NTZ arriba mencionada no se extiende m s all como consecuencia de
6. defectos en el filtro NTZ Da os como resultado por terceras causas as como errores durante la instalaci n montaje incorrecto en el circuito de lubricaci n o por error en el montaje del dispositivo o mangueras no son cubiertos ni por esta garant a ni por la cobertura de productos NTZ Con respecto al montaje de piezas proporcionadas por NTZ la garant a aplicable es aquella proporcio nada por el productor proveedor de las partes instaladas la cual es traspasada por NTZO al cliente La responsabilidad es limitada al monto mencionado en la p liza de seguro sobre coberturas de riesgo que NTZO ha concluido con N V Interpolis Ning n reclamo puede exceder los 2 500 000 00 Dos millones quinientos mil 00 100 euros El monto m ximo de cobertura anual por da os no deber exceder los 5 000 000 00 cinco millones 00 100 de euros 5 POL TICA SOBRE LA ANULACI N DE GARANT A La garant a no se aplica es anulada por el usuario siempre y cuando e El filtro NTZ es manipulado sin el debido cuidado o en contradicci n con las instrucciones de uso de los filtros NTZO o si el filtro es usado con otro prop sito que no sea el especificado e Se hayan usado cartuchos gen ricos y no los originales de NTZ e ElfiltroNTZO es re instalado en un motor trasmisi n o aplicaci n hidr ulica diferente a la indica da en el certificada en el certificado de garant a e Una factura de compra con fecha no v lida certificado de garant a no es
7. este sin presi n cuando se sustituya el cartucho Retirar el cartucho y el sello retenedor O ring del empaque Retirar la tapa superior de la carcasa del filtro y quite la tapa con el resorte de presi n Extraiga el cartucho utilizado y colocarlo en una bolsa de pl stico cerrada para su eliminaci n adecuada Coloque el nuevo cartucho en el sistema del filtro y la placa de presi n con el resorte de nuevo en el cartucho del filtro Reemplace el sello retenedor O ring limpie las superficies de sellado y ponga la tapa sobre el sistema del filtro Apriete los pernos de hex gono interior con una llave de tuercas de m nimo 9 Nm y m ximo de 12 Nm Iniciar el motor hasta que haya alcanzado su temperatura de funcionamiento para verificar si existen fugas 2009 NTZ Micro Filtration 7 CAMBIO DE CARTUCHO FILTER CARTRIDGE CHANGE m Cartridge change has to take place at 25 000 KM or 250 operating hours as described in the constructors service manual of the engine Check if you have the correct filter element for the filter housing see Specifications Remove replacement element and O ring from the plastic bag Unscrew the top lid of the filter housing and remove the pressure lid with spring Remove the cartridge and put it in the enclosed plastic bag Place the new cartridge and push it on the bottom plate Place the pressure lid with spring back on the new cartridge Exchange the O ring clean sealing surf
8. aces and screw the upper lid tight torque 9 12 Nm Run the engine until it is at operating temperature and check for leakages 8 GARANTIA WARRANTY 1 SISTEMA DE FILTRACION NTZ otorga 3 anos de garantia limitada en la cubierta del filtro excluyendo los sellos caucho desde la fecha de la factura En el supuesto caso de que el comprador encuentra un defecto lo debera notificar a su distribuidor de filtros NTZ Si el defecto esta justificado la cubierta del filtro NTZ sera reempla zada o reparada de forma gratuita Cualquier reclamo sobre la cubierta de los filtros NTZ deber ser dirigido directamente al distribuidor de filtros NTZ El reclamo debe contener una descripci n clara de los resultados obtenidos incluyendo fotos y especificaciones de la solicitud junto con una copia de la factura 2 PROLONGACI N DE LA VIDA DEL ACEITE TIEMPOS DE CAMBIOS DE ACEITE Cuando el filtro es correctamente instalado NTZ garantiza la operaci n de filtrado ptimo del filtro NTZO y los efectos positivos para el equipo El tiempo para realizar los cambios de aceite se pueden prolongar y llegan a darse con el uso adecuado del sistema NTZ No obstante la condici n del aceite los tiempos en los cambios de aceite depende del fabricante original del equipo de las condiciones de operaci n selecci n del aceite lubricante y el tipo de sistema Debido a las condiciones que se encuen tran fuera del control de NTZ la prolongaci n
9. e customer The customer should perform regular oil analysis to ensure that the condition of the oil is within the recommended specifications as set by the original equipment oil manufacturer Upon request NTZ can aid in this activity 3 EQUIPMENT WARRANTY In the unlikely event of material damage to the equipment NTZ warrants the entire cost of repair under the following conditions Documentation of which is the full responsibility of the claimant e The equipment is well maintained and worked properly at the moment of installation which can be proven by copies of the maintenance and repair history of the equipment e The NTZ filter is installed by a certified mechanic e The user must demonstrate the device damage is due to the malfunction of a properly installed and properly used NTZO filter system e The customer must demonstrate from actual data or from a documented extended drain interval program historical data that the oil or lube fluid in the device was within the proper usage specifi cations at time of failure 4 LIABILITY The above mentioned warranty and NTZ s liability does not extend beyond the consequences of defects in the NTZ filter Damage as a result of other means or caused by third parties such as by errors during installation by incorrect mounting onto the oil circuit or by mounting devices or hoses are not covered neither by this warranty nor by NTZ s product liability With regard to mounting pieces suppli
10. ed by NTZO the warranty applicable is the warranty of the suppliers producers of the mounting pieces which is passed on by NTZ to its customers Liabilities are limited to the amounts mentioned in the insurance policy for liability risks that NTZ has concluded with N V Interpolis No claim shall exceed Euro 2 500 000 The maximum annual amount of damages covered shall not exceed Euro 5 000 000 5 BREACH OF WARRANTY POLICY The warranty is non applicable breached by user if and when e The NTZ filter is handled without due care or in contradiction with the instructions for use or if used for purposes other than its suggested purpose e Cartridges other than original NTZ filter cartridges have been applied e The NTZ filter is reinstalled onto an installation engine transmission hydraulic application other than indicated on the warranty certificate e No valid dated purchase invoice warranty certificate can be produced e The defect and or the damage is a result of a natural disaster accident misuse incorrect use or any other outside cause for which NTZO is not liable In case of disputes Dutch law is applicable

13. t As this is a pressurized unit mounting can be done in any position However the filter housing preferably has to stand up vertically for convenient element change 6 CONEXION DE LAS MANGUERAS CONNECTING THE HOSES I Seleccione un material para la manguera que no se ver afectado por el combustible utilizado O El filtro de combustible NTZ siempre debe instalarse despu s de la bomba de suministro de combustible y despu s del separador de agua Cuando el separador de agua se ha instalado despu s de la bomba de suministro de combustible conectar la manguera del separador de agua al puerto de entrada IN del filtro de combustible NTZO Cuando el separador de agua se ha instalado antes de la bomba de suministro de combustible en la l nea de succi n conectar la manguera de la bomba de suministro de combustible al puerto de entrada IN del filtro de combustible 6 CONEXION DE LAS MANGUERAS CONNECTING THE HOSES SERIE Compruebe si la bomba de suministro de combustible provee suficiente presi n min 4 bar Usando una manguera de di metro interno 3 8 o 10 mm con la abrazadera adecuada conectar las mangueras a los acoples de entrada salida Conecte las mangueras con los accesorios a la carcasa del filtro utilizando los pernos banjo M12 x 1 5 y las arandelas de cobre como se muestra en el diagrama de la p gina 2 de este manual Utilice amarres pl sticos para garantizar que todas las mangueras perman
