Grease kg 0 10 0 20 0 40 0 65 1 70 3 12 5 5 BVI Type 200 250 315 400 500 630 Cil liters 1 7 2 3 4 7 7 12 5 23 B 2 MAINTENANCE REDEX ANDANTEX spiral bevel gearboxes and multi speed units require only minimal maintenance This is limited to a regular check of the oil level and a change of oil after 50 hours initial service Thereafter the oil should be changed every 4000 hours Where conditions of working are particularly arduous such as high humidity abrasive atmosphere or a wide variation in temperature a reduction in service interval is recommended Grease lubricated bearing housings should be cleaned out after 10 000 hours of service and re charged with Mobilux EP3 Mineral NLGI grade 3 The quantity of grease used should not exceed one third of the free space surrounding the rotating components B 3 DRAINING Draining is carried out by removing the magnetic drain plug or screw painted red at the bottom of the unit preferably when the oil is warm It is not necessary to flush out the units at each oil change interval However if this operation is carried out we recommend using a flushing oil B 4 GREASE LUBRICATION In certain circumstances units are supplied grease filled The type of grease is indicated on the label fixed to the unit casing Shell Alvania WRO Mineral NLGI grade 0 or 00 We recommend changing the grease as indicated in the table below Operating temperatur

11. 0 315 400 500 630 Ol Liter 1 7 2 34 7 7 12 5 23 B 2 WARTUNG Die Winkel und Wendegetriebe ben tigen nur eine sehr geringe Wartung Sie beschrankt sich auf eine regelmassige Kontrolle der Schmiermittelmenge Erster lwechsel nach 50 Betriebsstunden und nachher regelmassig nach 4000 Betriebsstunden Wenn die Getriebe unter extremen Betreibbedingungen bei hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit in aggressiver Umgebung oder bei hohen Temperatur schwankungen laufen ist es notwendig die lwechsel h ufiger vorzunehmen Die mit Fett gef llten Lagerung sind nach 10 000 Betriebsstunden zu reinigen und mit Mobilux EP 3 Mineral NLGI Grad 3 zu schmieren Die Fettf llung darf 1 3 der beweglichen Teile nicht bersteigen B 3 OELWECHSEL Der lwechsel erfolgt durch das Entfernen der magnetischen lablassschraube und der Entl ftungsschraube rot lackiert Der lwechsel ist am besten bei betriebswarmem Getriebe auszuf hren Eine Reinigung und eine Spulung ist nicht bei jedem lwechsel erforderlich Erscheint eine Reinigung notwendig soll dies mit einem Sp l l geschehen B 4 FETTEN Bestimmte Getriebe sind mit Fett gef llt Die Fettqualit t ist auf einer Etikette die sich am Getriebe befindet vermerkt Shell Alvania WRO Mineral NLGI Grad O oder 00 Wir empfehlen folgende Fettwechselintervalle 50 70 C 70 80 C 80 90 C 12000 9000 6000 Betriebstemperatur C Fettwechselintervall Stunden B 5 LNEBEL
