1. 7. encoches de la hotte SECTION 2 Pr parez emplacement du support de la hotte 1 Pour installer la hotte sous des armoires dont la base est en retrait il faut d abord installer des bandes de fixation en bois non comprises afin que la hotte soit fix e convenablement Figure 2 Bande de bois 2 L paisseur des bandes doit correspondre au retrait de l armoire et doit avoir une largeur d environ 5 cm 6728046 Rev D 2 15 3 Posez les bandes l aide de vis bois non comprises de longueur appropri e Assurez vous que les bandes sont align es aux encoches en trou de serrure de la hotte SECTION 3 Pr parez la hotte pour installation 1 Choisir le type de conduits qui sera requis Pour garantir la meilleure qualit d air et performance acoustique il est recommand que la longueur de la canalisation et le nombre de coudes soient r duits au minimum que le rayon de chaque coude soit aussi grand que possible pour l installation et que des conduits rigides soient utilis s Ce mod le est quip pour souffler tant verticalement qu horizontalement dans un conduit de 8 25 x 25 4 cm 3 1 4 po x 10 po Il peut tre modifi pour devenir sans conduit recirculation de l air dans la cuisine avec l addition d un filtre au charbon mod le CF 08S non inclus ou souffl au travers d un conduit rond de 17 78 cm 7 po avec l addition d un clapet mod le E 22a ou RDC7 non inclus Figure 3 Vertical 4 San

TSIDE THROUGH A WALL OR ROOF CAP SECTION 7 1 Install the filter by fitting the filter into the channel on the hood and sliding it back until it stops against the back of the hood Figure 9 2 Turn switches to the OFF position and restore power Test that the light and the fan are operating properly 3 If there is any vibration noise check for the source and try to tighten fasteners SECTION 8 Operation Controls Your Range Hood is controlled by two remote rocker switches with one controlling the lighting and the other controlling the exhaust fan Each rocker switch has three positions left center and right For the fan switch the left position I is low speed while the right position II is high speed The left position of the light switch illuminates the Night Light only while the right position illuminates the Main Light only The center of both switches is the OFF position Fuse Your range hood is equipped with a fuse located inside the wire compartment To replace the fuse turn the fuse cap located next to the wire connector counter clockwise and pull out Replace with a Bussman MDA 3 or equivalent 125 Volt 1 5 Amp Max fuse Reinstall the fuse back into the hood SECTION 9 Maintenance CAUTIONS make SURE POWER IS SWITCHED OFF AT SERVICE PANEL BEFORE SERVICING THE UNIT Filters Grease Filter Included with your range hood is an aluminum grease f
