8. allazione e le norme e i regolamenti tecnici applicabili il Prodotto stato usato impropriamente trascurato installato in modo inappropriato danneggiato o alterato materialmente al suo interno o al suo esterno oppure danneggiato da un uso inappropriato oppure utilizzato in un ambiente inadatto oppure quando il Prodotto non stato usato come previsto dal manuale per l utente o dalle specifiche tecniche oppure se stato impiegato in modo contrario agli scopi a cui destinato il Prodotto non stato conservato correttamente ed ha subito un danno presso il distributore o presso il cliente il Prodotto ha subito interventi di modifica cambiamento o tentativi di riparazione da parte di soggetti diversi da Enfinity o dal suo fornitore di servizi autorizzato il Prodotto stato sottoposto ad un evento di forza maggiore come incendi corrosione generalizzata infestazioni biologiche catastrofi naturali vandalismo oppure tensione in entrata che provoca condizioni di funzionamento che oltrepassano i limiti massimi a titolo esemplificativo alta tensione di entrata da generatori fulmini campi magnetici e circostanze simili un aumento del contenuto di sale nell aria ambientale oppure combinazioni metalliche che provocano ossidazione p es rame hanno causato corrosione e la capacit di carico della struttura del tetto e o del terreno non sono state verificate nel rispetto delle pratiche tecnologiche a regola d a

14. irs have been performed on the Product other than by Enfinity or its authorized service provider the Product has been subjected to force major event like fire generalized corrosion biological infestations natural catastrophes vandalism or input voltage that creates operating conditions beyond the maximum limits listed but not limited to high input voltage from generators lightning strikes magnetic fields or similar circumstances a heightened salt content in the ambient air or oxidation provoking metal combinations e g copper have caused corrosion the load capacity of the roof construction and or the ground have not been assured according to the accepted state of the art technology and applicable technical norms and regulations the Products are installed in a mobile or marine environment or are subjected to abnormal environmental conditions such as acid rain or other pollution 4 This guarantee does not cover visible defects When the customer detects visible defects it should immediately upon delivery contact its supplier and return the Product upon which the Product shall be replaced 5 During the guarantee period Enfinity shall at its option and free of charge either repair the defects or replace the defective product or part thereof with a new or reconditioned equivalent or if that is not possible refund the purchase price paid by the customer If a Product is no longer manufactured Enfinity is entitled to pr

19. pplies to Products purchased installed and used in the European Union The guarantee in respect of all non metallic components is 2 years from the date of purchase from Enfinity The guarantee period in respect of all metallic components is 10 years from the date of purchase from Enfinity 3 Procedure of warranty claim If the customer considers himself entitled to claim under this guarantee it should first notify the installer of the Product within the guarantee period If such notification to the installer is unsuccessful the customer shall notify Enfinity at the address indicated below Together with the notification the customer should enclose the evidence of the claim of the defective Product s the invoice s regarding the purchase of these Product s as well as the following information name address postal code and a telephone number of the customer the model description the purchase receipt containing the date and vendor s address the date of installation the location and address of installation a succinct description of the observed defects and additional information which could help in analyzing the defect The return of any Product s will not be accepted unless prior written authorization has been given by Enfinity If the customer ships a Product it must be properly insured and securely packaged Enfinity shall not be responsible for any transportation charge customs clearance or any other costs related to the
