5. 4 BEVEILIGINGEN De generator is uitgerust met diverse beveiligingen ter bescherming in geval van storingen of foutief gebruik Lage oliedruk alarm Als de oliedruk te laag wordt zal de generator afslaan Een waarschuwingslampje gaat aan 7 fig 3 Meestal is het voldoende de olie tot max nivo bij te vullen en de generator weer te starten UN WAARSCHUWING Dit alarm mag niet worden gebruikt om het oliepeil te kontroleren Kontroleer geregeld het oliepeil en vul bij als nodig Hoge temperatuur alarm motor Als de motortemperatuurte hoog wordtzal de generator afslaan Een waarschuwings lampje gaat aan 8 fig 3 Het is belangrijk eerst het defectopte sporen ente verhelpen alvorens de generator opnieuw op te starten Overbelasting overtemperatuur alarm generator Als de generator overbelast of te heet wordt zal de generator afslaan Een waarschuwingslampje gaat aan 9 fig 3 Wacht tot de windingen van de generator afgekoeld zijn Zoek eerst voor externe oorzaken Zorg bij verder gebruik dat de belasting onder maximum blijft WAARSCHUWING Als een van de beveiligingen de generator uitschakelt zoek dan altijd eerst naar de oorzaak Druk na het verhelpen hiervan op stop Dit heft de storingssituatie 40 OP IS 2500 3500 4500 5500 YA WAARSCHUWING Als een van de zekeringen 1 2 fig 4 is doorgebrand kan de generator niet gestart worden 5 ONDERHOUD A VOORZICHTIG On

13. un contr le p riodique de ce niveau est donc indispensable La protection haute temp rature elle teint le groupe lorsque la temperature du moteur est trop lev e fig 3 r f 8 Si cette protection entre enjeu il faut en rechercher la cause et l liminer puis remettre en marche groupe La protection surcharge de l alternateur elle teint le groupe lorsqu il se v rifie une surcharge thermique ou lectrique l alternateur le signal est donn par le voyant lumineux fig 3 r f 9 Le groupe peut tre remis en marche apr s quelques minutes lorsque la temp rature des bobinages de l alternateur retourne une valeur normale on conseille toutefois de rechercher et d liminer les causes qui provoquent l intervention de ca dispositif de protection mase GENERATORS N ATTENTION Si une des protections susmentionn es intervient cherchez et eliminez les causes Poussez alors le bouton lt lt STOP gt gt afin d viter que le signal de d faut reste en memoire N ATTENTION Dans lea cas l un des deux fusibles r f 1 2 fig 4 se brule une protection intervient et ne parmet pas au groupe de partir 5 ENTRETIEN PRECAUTION Toute intervention d entretien au groupe lectrogene doit tre effectu e lorsque le moteur est teint et qu il a suffisamment refroidi et ne doit tre faite que par du personnel autoris Entretien du moteur Les interventions p riodiques effectuer

67. t abb 3 nr 2 4 GER TESCHUTZ Zum Schutz gegen nichtfachgerechten Gebrauch falsche Bedienung und Betriebsst rungen ist der Stromerzeuger mit folgenden Schutzeinrichtungen ausgestattet Oldrucksicherheitsabsteller Er stellt das Ger t bei zu niedrigem ldruck ab gleichzeitig leuchtet eine LED abb 3 nr 7 Normalerweise braucht nur l nachegfullt zu werden siehe Kap 7 um den Stromerzeuger neu starten zu k nnen ACHTUNG Der ldrucksicherheitsabsteller gibt nicht unbedingt Aufschluf ber den lstand es ist deshalb unerlaf lich den lstand regelm ig zu kontrollieren berhitzungsschutz Er stellt das Ger tab wenn die Temperatur des Motors zu heif3 wird abb 3 nr 8 DasGer t kann erst wieder angestellt werden nachdem die Ursache f r das Ansprechen der Schutzeinrichtung gefunden und behoben ist mase IS 2500 3500 4500 5500 GENERATORS N ACHTUNG Generator berlastungsschutz Erstellt den Generator bei thermischer oder elektrischer berlastung ab sein Ansprechen wird durch eine LED abb 3 nr 9 Der Stromerzeuger kann erst nach ein paar Minuten wieder angestellt werden n mlich dann wenn die Temperatur der Generatorwicklungen wieder den Normalwert erreicht haben Es wird empfohlen die Ursache f r das Ansprechen des berlastungs schutzes zu suchen und zu beheben N ACHTUNG BeiAnsprechen einerderbeschreibenen Schutzeinrich tungen mu die Ursache daf
