1. 24 35037 Z I Teolo PD ITALY Tel 39 049 990 34 75 Fax 39 049 990 34 47 E mail bitubo bitubo com Internet http www bitubo com INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE DI CI IR 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 NOTE Positionnez la moto sur la b quille centrale ou sur une b quille d atelier D lestez l avant de la moto avec une b quille avant prise sous la colonne de direction Retirez si pr sents la bulle de car nage et ou le car nage et toutes les parties qui emp chent de travailler sur les tes de fourche pour cette op ration veuillez consulter le manuel d entretien du v hicule Retirez les triers de frein la roue avant et le garde boue D montez les fourreaux de fourche de la moto D visser le bouchon sup rieur de la fourche Enlevez les entretoises et le ressort d origine Retournez la fourche et effectuez quelques mouvements pour la vider compl tement Retirez les vis positionn es dans le trou inferieur du pied de fourche pr s de l axe de roue Enlevez les pi ces d origine 11 12 Enlevez le ressort d origine Nous recommandons de v rifier que le tube de fourche et le fourreau est dans les tol rances suivantes 0 10mm lt jeu max lt 0 15mm 0 08 lt jeu min lt 0 12mm Dans le cas contraire les bagues devront tre chang es Remontez les joints spy et cache poussi re avec la graisse sp ciale Bitubo code n 997615 Ins rez la cartouche Bitubo sa2. 3. e senza alcun preavviso Pictures and notes reported are purely as an indications C d a Bitubo reserves the faculty to make any modification or changes C D A BITUBO s n c Via A Volta 24 35037 Z I Teolo PD ITALY Tel 39 049 990 34 75 Fax 39 049 990 34 47 E mail bitubo bitubo com Internet http www bitubo com ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO o DN 10 11 15 Smontare gli steli forcella dalla moto Svitare il tappo superiore dalla canna sfilare gli spessori e la molla originali Rovesciare il gambale forcella e svuotare l olio dal fodero Togliere la vite a brugola posizionata dentro al foro inferiore del piedino vicino al perno ruota Estrarre il pompante originale e la contromolla estensione che non andr riutilizzata la cartuccia BITUBO ne gi dotata Consigliamo di verificare che lo stelo forcella e fodero abbiano le seguenti tolleranze 0 10mm lt gioco max lt 0 15mm 0 08 lt gioco min lt 0 12mm In caso contrario le boccole andranno adattate o sostituite rimontare i paraoli con apposito grasso BITUBO codice n 997615 Inserire la cartuccia BITUBO senza la molla ed il tappo superiore dentro alla forcella e fissarla con la vite a brugola e rondella originali serrando adeguatamente con la coppia di serraggio indicata dalla casa madre Versare olio Bitubo SAE 5 sino ad ottenere un livello di 145 mm dal bordo dello stelo da misurarsi senza molla e con lo stelo in finecorsa di compre
4. mping rod Remove the screw placed inside the lower hole for fixing near the wheel pivot Take out the original pump tube We suggest that you check that the fork rod and the outer fork tube have the following tolerances Max play gap from 0 10 to 0 15 Min play gap from 0 08 to 0 12 If it does not have these tolerances the bushings should be adapted or replaced Re mount the dust seals greased appropriately with B TUBO special grease code no 997615 Insert the Bitubo cartridge without the spring and the top cap into the tube and fix it with the original allen screw and the washer Then tighten it according to the indications of the motorcylce manufacturer Pour out B TUBO synthetic oil SAE 5 until reaching the level of 145 mm from the top of the outer fork tube the measure to be taken without the spring Make a few compressions and extensions of the inner tube in order to allow a correct oil filling Wait at least 2 min before checking the oil level Check the oil level and add more oil if necessary Insert the spring BITUBO Screw the top cap of the fork in the cartridge rod up to the counter nut and then lock the counter nut Place the outer fork tube near the cap and screw then tighten once the fork is re mounted on the motorcycle NOTE One turn of the adjustment screw will cause 1 mm change in spring pre load clockwise for harder adjustment anticlockwise to release the preload The adjustment range is from 0 p
