Utilisez une cl hexagonale Allen de 5 32 pour d visser l injecteur Remplacez l injecteur par celui qui est fourni Replacez la hotte de d rivation de flamme sur l assemblage de la veilleuse en vous assurant qu elle soit bien align e PSE Utilisez une cl de 7 16 pour retirer la hotte de d rivation de flamme de l assemblage de la veilleuse remplacez l injecteur par celui qui est fourni Prenez soin de ne pas endommager l lectrode Replacez la hotte de d rivation de flamme sur l assemblage de la veilleuse Les flammes doivent tre parfaitement align es avec le thermocouple la thermopile et le bruleur 6 Avant de remettre le br leur en place ajustez l ouverture du volet d air venturi 16 pour le propane et s pour le gaz naturel 7 Replacez et fixez le bruleur en vous assurant que le venturi enveloppe bien l orifice du br leur 8 Pour convertir la soupape principale au type de combustible d sir suivez les instructions qui sont fournies avec l assemblage du r gulateur SIT 9 L tiquette de donn es de conversion doit tre remplie et fix e tour pr s de la soupape 10 Remettez l alimentation en gaz et faites un test de fuites en utilisant une solution d eau savonneuse N utilisez surtout pas une flamme nue 11 Replacez l ensemble de buches Ensuite allumez la veilleuse et le br leur principal afin de vous assurer que les lignes de gaz ont bien t purg es 12 Replacez la

6. rmine the appropri ate pilot assembly and follow the corresponding instructions PILOT Fy HOOD PILOT INJECTOR i PSE Kit W1 75 0139 Propane to Natural Gas Includes 1 REGULATOR ASSEMBLY W530 0013 1 45 BURNER ORIFICE REAR VENT W455 0065 1 35 BURNER ORIFICE TOP VENT W455 0058 1 CONVERSION DATA LABEL W385 0075 1 NATURAL GAS INJECTOR PsE W455 0062 1 NATURAL GAS INJECTOR sit W455 0070 SIT Remove the burner hood from the pilot assem bly by pulling vertically Use a 32 allen key to un screw the injector Replace the pilot injector with the one supplied Replace the pilot hood onto the assem bly ensuring key position for proper alignment PSE Using a 6 wrench to remove the pilot hood on the pilot assembly replace the pilot injector with the appropriate one supplied Take care to avoid damaging the electrode Replace the pilot hood on the assembly The flame openings on the hood must align with the thermocouple and the thermopile 6 Before replacing the burner assembly adjust the burner shutter opening to for propane and for natural gas 7 Replace and re secure the log support burner assembly ensuring that the venturi fits over the burner orifice 8 To convert the main valve to the desired fuel follow the instructions that are supplied with the SIT regula tor assembly kit 9 The conversion data label must be filled out and attached adjacent to the valve 10
