7. 12 3 NETTOYAGE DU TUYAU D VACUATION DE LA FUM E La proc dure correcte d allumage l utilisation de quantit s et types de combustibles appropri s le juste positionnement du registre de l air Secondaire le tirage suffisant de la chemin e et la pr sence d air comburant sont indispensables pour le fonctionnement optimal de l appareil et garantissant le nettoyage de la vitre Nous recommandons d effectuer un nettoyage complet de l appareil au moins une fois par an ou chaque fois que n cessaire probl mes de mauvais fonctionnement avec faible rendement Un d p t excessif de suie peut provoquer des probl mes de d charge des fum es et l incendie du tuyau d vacuation lui m me Cette op ration qui ne peut avoir lieu qu avec l appareil froid devrait tre effectu e par un ramoneur qui en m me temps peut faire une inspection du tuyau d vacuation de la fum e v rifier la pr sence d ventuels d p ts Pendant le nettoyage il faut retirer de l appareil le tiroir cendrier la grille et le d flecteur fum es pour favoriser la chute de la suie Les d flecteurs sont facilement amovibles depuis leurs si ges car elles ne sont pas fix s avec aucune vis Une fois le nettoyage r alis les m mes doivent tre repositionn s dans leurs si ges Figure 14 page 29 ATTENTION L absence de d flecteur provoque une forte d pression une combustion trop rapide et une consommation excessive de bois ayant pour cons quence une surchauffe

13. donc en phase d installation il faut d cider le type de ventilation ou convection adopter A PAR CONVECTION NATURELLE Pour favoriser la circulation naturelle de l air mouvement ascensionnel d au chauffage de la m me dans l involucre externe de l appareil il faut enlever les semitranches au dessous du m me En choisissant ce syst me de convection on d conseille la suivante installation de l lectroventilateur v Figure 11 page 46 5 CONVECTION FORCEE travers l installation d un ventilateur centrifuge on peut distribuer l air chaud dans les locaux adjacents travers canalisations jusqu 4 mt de longueur Dans ce cas ne pas enlever les semitranches au dessous v Figure 11 page 46 La couverture de chaque appareil est quip e avec 2 sorties avec un diam tre de 150 mm pour la connexion de tuyaux r sistants la chaleur a r aliser la perforation sur les murs ou sur la hotte existante pour permettre le passage et l application des tuyaux flexibles ignifuges de diam tre 15 cm avec les relatives bouches apr s avoir enlev les bouchons semi tranche b fixer les tuyaux travers des colliers de serrage aux relatifs colliers et bouches C chaque tuyau ne doit pas d passer 2 m de longueur pour la ventilation naturelle et 4 m pour la ventilation forc e devra tre isol avec mat riaux isolants pour viter bruit et dispersion de chaleur d les bouches doivent tre positionn es un hauteur non inf rieu

15. nelle loro sedi Figura 10 a pagina 46 ATTENZIONE La mancanza del deflettore fumi provoca una forte depressione con una combustione troppo veloce eccessivo consumo di legna con relativo surriscaldamento dell apparecchio 12 4 MANUTENZIONE GUIDE ESTENSIBILI Le porte per funzionare in maniera silenziosa affidabile e robusta vengono fissate a delle guide estensibili a sfere Usando continuamente l apparecchio con il tempo il lubrificante delle guide stesse tende progressivamente ad esaurirsi rendendole quindi meno scorrevoli e pi rumorose Per questo motivo in dotazione ad ogni apparecchio viene fornito del grasso per alta temperatura in maniera da rendere possibile la lubrificazione da parte dell utente delle guide qualora questo si renda necessario eccessiva rumorosit o riduzione di scorrevolezza Dopo aver totalmente sollevato la porta del camino fare uso di una siringa e applicare internamente sul binario nel punto visibile pi alto possibile due palline di grasso corrispondenti a 0 5 ml della scala graduata di una siringa Fare attenzione ad non superare la quantit consigliata Ripetere la stessa operazione sull altro binario ed sollevare ed abbassare pi volte la porta in modo che il grasso si distribuisca su tutte le sfere ATTENZIONE usare esclusivamente il grasso fornito da La NORDICA 13 DETERMINAZIONE DELLA POTENZA TERMICA Non esiste regola assoluta che permetta di calcolare la potenza corretta necessaria Questa

Ne pas utiliser cependant de chiffons produits abrasifs ou chimiquement agressifs La proc dure correcte d allumage l utilisation de la quantit et du type de combustibles ad quats la position correcte du r gulateur de l air secondaire le tirage suffisant de la chemin e et la pr sence d air comburant sont les conditions indispensables pour le fonctionnement optimal de l appareil et garantissant le nettoyage de la vitre RUPTURE DES VITRES Les vitres sont en vitroc ramique r sistante des pouss es thermiques allant jusqu 750 C et ne sont donc pas sujettes des chocs thermiques Elles ne peuvent se rompre que par chocs m caniques coups ou fermeture violente de la porte etc Par cons quent le remplacement de la vitre n est pas sous garantie 40 6290001 IT EN DE FR 80 3 orina 1 LN 12 2 NETTOYAGE TIROIR DES CENDRES Tous les appareils ont une grille foyer et un tiroir cendre pour la r colte des cendres Nous vous conseillons de vider p riodiquement le tiroir cendre et d viter son remplissage total pour ne pas surchauffer la grille En outre nous vous conseillons de laisser toujours 3 4 cm de cendre dans le foyer ATTENTION Les cendres enlev es du foyer doivent tre plac es dans un r cipient de mat riau ignifuge quip d un couvercle tanch Le r cipient doit tre plac sur un sol ignifuge loin de mat riaux inflammables jusqu l extinction et refroidissement complet

Per motivi di sicurezza si consiglia di eseguire una nuova procedura di accensione con utilizzo di piccoli listelli 10 1 FUNZIONAMENTO NEI PERIODI DI TRANSIZIONE Durante il periodo di transizione ovvero quando le temperature esterne sono pi elevate in caso di improvviso aumento della temperatura si possono avere dei disturbi alla canna fumaria che fanno si che i gas combusti non vengono aspirati completamente gas di scarico non fuoriescono pi completamente odore intenso di gas In tal caso scuotete pi frequentemente la griglia e aumentate l aria per la combustione Caricate in seguito una quantit ridotta di combustibile facendo s che questo bruci pi rapidamente con sviluppo di fiamme e si stabilizzi cosi il tiraggio della canna fumaria Controllate quindi che tutte le aperture per la pulizia e i collegamenti al camino siano ermetici In caso di incertezza rinunciate all utilizzo dell apparecchio 11 FERMO ESTIVO Dopo aver effettuato la pulizia del focolare del camino e della canna fumaria provvedendo all eliminazione totale della cenere ed altri eventuali residui opportuno chiudere tutte le porte con i relativi registri focolare Nel caso in cui l apparecchio venga disconnesso camino opportuno chiudere il foro di uscita consigliabile effettuare l operazione di pulizia della canna fumaria almeno una volta all anno verificando nel contempo l effettivo stato delle guarnizioni che se non risultassero
19. en Falls das Ger t vom Schornstein getrennt wird mu die ffnung im Schornstein geschlossen werden damit andere am gleichen Schornstein angeschlossene Feuerstatte weiter funktionieren k nnen Der Schornstein sollte mindestens einmal j hrlich gereinigt werden dabei ist stets auch der Zustand der Dichtungen zu berpr fen Nur wenn die Dichtungen unversehrt sind k nnen sie eine einwandfreie Funktion des Ger ts gew hrleisten Die Dichtungen sollten daher ersetzt werden sobald sie nicht mehr einwandfrei sind d h nicht mehr dicht am Ofen anliegen Sollte der Raum in dem der Ofen aufgestellt ist feucht sein so sind entsprechende feuchtigkeitsabsorbierende Salze in den Feuerraum zu geben Die Gusseisenteile im Ofen sollten mit neutraler Vaseline gesch tzt werden wenn deren Aussehen ber lange Zeit in unveranderter Sch nheit erhalten bleiben soll 12 WARTUNG UND PFLEGE Der Au enlufteinlass mindestens einmal im Jahr pr fen und ihn reinigen Der Schornstein muss regelm ig vom Schornsteinfeger gekehrt werden Lassen sie von Ihrem gew hnlichen Schornsteinfeger die ordnungsgem e Installation des Ger ts und die Verbindung mit dem Schornstein und der Bel ftung berpr fen WICHTIG Die WARTUNG UND PFLEGE muss ausschlie lich bei kalter Ausr stung ausgef hrt werden Es d rfen ausschlie lich Ersatzteile benutzt werden die ausdr cklich von der La NORDICA S p A genehmigt wurden Falls n tig wenden Sie sich an einen unse
