76. bb 10 20 v ATTENZIONE Prima di procedere all installazione del sollevatore togliere l imballo e controllare la merce Per le operazioni di spostamento aper tura del sollevatore operare come in figura 8 Mediante adeguato apparecchio di sollevamento posizionare il sollevatore nella posizione stabilita Sollevare le singole pedane per un altezza di circa un metro e po sizionarle sulla sicurezza meccanica prestando attenzione sul corretto stazionamento Mettere un legno di sicurezza sulla base tra leva inferiore e telaio per evitate inconvenienti o chiusure improvvise dello stesso solle vatore COLLEGAMENTO IMPIANTO ELETTRICO v ATTENZIONE LE OPERAZIONI SOTTO ELENCATE DEVONO ESSERE ESEGUITE DA PERSONALE QUALIFICATO Eseguire allacciamento di potenza e di comando come segue e Aprire lo sportello anteriore della centralina fig 9 e Le viti di fissaggio del coperchio di ribaltamento si trovano all interno della centralina fig 9 e Allacciare il cavo di alimentazione al cavo collegato all interruttore generale servendosi dell apposita morsettiera facendolo passare at traverso apposito spazio situato dietro la centralina fig 9 e Collegare il sensore alto il microinterrutore di sicurezza la fotocellula NB Il quadro elettrico viene predisposto dal costruttore per il funziona mento a 400V trifase pertanto se si desidera far funzionare il sollevato re a 230V trifase occorre cambiare il colle

78. cilindros de seguridad mec nica seg n indicado en la fig 25 NIVELACION PLATAFORMAS 7 Cuando las plataformas han bajado por completo efectuar algunos ciclos de trabajo para eliminar todo el aire del circuito 8 Despu s de efectuados dichos ciclos colocar las plataformas en los trinquetes comprobando que est n insertadas en el mismo diente y al mismo nivel En caso de desnivel de las plataformas girar la llave manual fig 22 despacio hasta que la plataforma quede perfectamente a nivel de la otra FIJACION PLATAFORMAS v jATENCION Es posible que el suelo de su local los huecos para empotrar el ele vador no est n perfectamente nivelados De ser ste el caso colocar unas cufias met licas debajo de las bases para llenar posibles huecos debidos a la irregularidad del suelo Nota para colocar correctamente las cu as met licas seg n indicado en la fig 23 e alinear las plataformas e utilizando las bases como plantilla taladrar con una broca de diam 18 mm el suelo hasta 80 mm de hondura limpiar los agujeros e introducir los insertos del tipo HILTI HB M10 25 L FISCHER GM 10 o equivalentes con un martillo e antes de apretar los pasadores hace falta comprobar que el eje ver tical del elevador sea perpendicular con el suelo e apretar los pasadores utilizando una llave de torsi n a 40 Nm e colocar el reflectante en el brazo inferior interno de la plataforma P2 seg n indicado en la fig 24 perfectame
