5. aufgrund eines Benzin berschusses zu vermeiden Ziehen Sie das Startseil nicht bis zum Ende heraus um die Aufrollfeder nicht zu besch digen Lassen Sie das Seil zur Startwiederholung nicht pl tzlich los sondern halten Sie den Starter nach dem Motorstart in der Hand und geben Sie langsam nach bis das Seil vollst ndig eingezogen ist Nach dem Motorstart muss der Hebel zur Luftregelung wieder nach und nach ge ffnet werden Lassen Sie den Motor bei minimaler Geschwindigkeit 3 bis 5 Minuten lang warm laufen Dieser Vorgang des Motorwarmlaufens bei Mindestumdrehungen ist insbesondere bei kalten Jahreszeiten wichtig W hrend der Motor warm l uft k nnen Sie die Maschine einer Generaluntersuchung unterziehen um irgendwelche St rungen aufzudecken VERDICHTUNGSPLATTEN ZEN ZEN E 2 1820 6 2 4 Stellen Sie den Hebel zum Kraftstoffhahn SCHLIESSEN ganz nach rechts um den Kraftstofffluss zu erm glichen 6 2 5 Stellen Sie zuerst den Einstellhebel der Umdrehungen auf die STOPP Stellung 6 2 6 Stellen den Einstellhebel der Umdrehungen je nach Wunsch auf 1 2 START oder auf START Stellung Beim Start mit niedrigen Umdrehungen werden weniger Abgase erzeugt 6 2 7 Ziehen Sie am Starterseil anhand des Griffs bis Sie einen leichten Widerstand sp ren Lassen Sie das Seil wieder auf seine Stellung zur ckgehen Auf diese Art k nnen Sie die Gesamtheit der Seillange f r den Motorstart n

7. 7 11 CAMBIAR CORREA TRAPEZOIDAL 7 11 1 7 11 2 7 11 3 7 11 4 7 11 5 7 11 6 Atenci n La m quina ha de estar parada o fuera de servicio Si la m quina hubiese estado funcionando el conjunto de transmisi n estar caliente Compruebe que la m quina se ha enfriado antes de realizar esta operaci n Suelte los tornillos del cubrecorreas y quite el cubrecorreas Ajuste las levas a la posici n de tensado m nimo para poder extraer la correa con facilidad 4 Retire la correa e instale una nueva La especificaci n de la correa para el motor Honda GX160 es A 13x8 885 y para el motor 1B20 es B 17x 11 910 Ajuste las levas de modo que al presionarla ligeramente en la parte central flexione 10 15 mm A Atenci n Compruebe que las 2 chapas de tensado quedan en la misma posici n para asegurar que la m quina est equilibrada Instale de nuevo el cubrecorreas 7 12 MANTENIMIENTO DEL CONJUNTO VIBRANTE Compruebe el nivel de aceite cada 50 horas de funcionamiento de la bandeja Coloque el equipo en una superficie horizontal y plana Desenrosque el tap n de aceite con su arandela Si el nivel de aceite est por debajo de la rosca a ada aceite y vuelva a enroscar el tap n de aceite Reemplace el aceite cada 300 horas de operaci n Haga el vaciado de aceite del conjunto vibrante desenroscando el tap n de aceite incline a continuaci n la bandeja y vierta el aceite en un recipiente Lleve el

Never clean the engine filter elements with fuels or solvents that have a low inflammation point They could cause an explosion or a fire To carry out maintenance on the filter 7 3 1 Unscrew the butterfly nut and remove the air filter lid Take out the elements check them and change them if they have holes or are cracked 7 3 2 Foam element wash it in a soapy solution and rinse thoroughly in clean water You can also wash it with solvents that are not inflammable Leave to dry completely Soak the element in clean engine oil and ring out to eliminate excess oil 7 3 3 Paper element tap lightly several times against a hard surface to expel excess dirt or apply compressed air from inside out Change it if it is too soiled BUTTERFLY NUT AIR FILTER LID PAPER ELEMENT FOAM ELEMENT VIBRATING PLATES ZEN ZEN E 20 Bu Hatz motor 7 3 4 Remove the screw from the filter cover 7 3 5 Remove the filter cartridge from the air filter housing Shake it or blow it with low pressure 7 3 6 Replace the filter 7 3 7 Put the cover back on the housing and screw back into position A PRECAUTION Where is not possible to clean the filter satisfactorily using this procedure eg wet or greasy dirt a new filter cartridge should be inserted instead Ensure that the gasket the cartridge is not damaged Check there cracks in the filter cartridge or any other type of
