ONALE AUTORIZZATO Usando le basi come dime forare con una punta 212 mm il pavimento per una profondit di circa 160 mm pulire i fori ed inserire i tasselli tipo FISCHER FA 12 X 150 o HILTI HST o equivalaenti con leggeri colpi di martello prima del serraggio finale dei tasselli importante verificare la perpendicolarit fra l asse verticale del sollevatore ed il pavimento procedere al serraggio dei tasselli utilizzando una chiave dinamometrica tarata a 40 Nm Rimuovere le barre di collegamento presenti sulla base fig 33 CONTROLLI FINALI Eseguire i controlli sottoindicati durante il funzionamento del sollevatore funzionamento rampe salita e fermaruota anteriori piattaforme finecorsa salita la salita deve arrestarsi prima della fase di travaso micro antiribaltamento interponendo un ostacolo sotto alle piattaforme il sollevatore deve arrestarsi e micro salvapiedi il sollevatore deve arrestarsi a 45cm dal pavimento durante la discesa micro esclusione pulsante autorizzazione discesa il micro deve disattivarsi a 50cm dal pavimento durante la discesa velocit di chiusura completa delle piattaforme deve intervenire ammortizzando la chiusara a 3 6cm dal pavimento controllare che le zone di scorrimento dei pattini siano lubrificate eventuali perdite di olio effettuare alcuni cicli di salita e discesa a vuoto v ATTENZIONE Quando i soffitti sono pi bass

RA EL MONTAJE El desmantelamiento de la m quina debe ser efectuado por personal autorizado como en el montaje Las partes met licas pueden ser consideradas como chatarra En cualquier caso todos los materiales derivados del desmantelamiento deben ser tratados seg n la normativa vigente en el pa s donde el elevador est instalato Se recuerda adem s que con fines fiscales es necesario documentar el desmantelamiento realizado con la correspondiente notificaci n y documentos seg n la legislaci n vigente en el pa s donde el elevador est instalado en el momento del desmantelamiento mismo PROTECCION CONTRA INCENDIOS elevador en s no puede ser causa de incendios y en cualquier caso el local donde se instala el elevador tiene que cumplir con las normas de prevenci n de incendios vigentes en el pa s Pero el veh culo que se eleva puede causar un pequefio incendio gasolina que sale accidentalmente del motor o vapores de gasolina o chispas causadas por el acumulador etc Por lo tanto se aconseja que el operario tenga a su alcance unos o m s equipos port tiles contraincendios extintores para apagar inmediatamente el incendio PROTECCION CONTRA ACCIDENTES Durante las operaciones de carga descarga transporte instalaci n montaje desmantelamiento del elevador los operarios tienen que adoptar todas las medidas indicadas en las normas para la prevenci n de accidentes contra las personas cascos de seguridad guantes zap
