1. Storing a Frequency as a Preset Once you have located a clear frequency you can store it as a preset on your transmitter so that you can access it with the press of a button no need to tune up and down every time You can set one or two frequencies as presets 1 Turn your iPod on f Psa 2 Plug the Kensington Pico FM Transmitter A into your iPod The iPod should display Tuning Kensington mode if it does not press the Select E 89 7 switch on the Pico FM Transmitter to enter i Tuning mode 3 Tune the Pico FM Transmitter A using the Up C or Down D switches until the desired frequency is displayed Press and hold for faster tuning For maximum performance find a clear frequency with pure static that is a frequency with no music or talking just static 4 When the desired frequency is displayed press and hold the Select E switch The preset icons alternately flash prompting you to select which preset 1 or 2 to store 5 Press and hold the Up C or Down D switch to store the frequency as preset 1 or 2 The selected preset icon remains solid to confirm your selection 6 The iPod displays the main menu screen and starts playing the last song in memory OK to disconnect Accessing a Preset Frequency After you store a frequency as a preset all you need to do to listen to music from your iPod on your stereo is to tune the stereo t2.
