L alloggio 201109 per mezzo delle viti F sar fissato in posizione comoda tore ed alla sua assistente L insieme aspiratore e filtro 201110 201130 dovr risul tare pi basso dell alloggio 201109 Sar predisposto un tubo rilsan 6x4 che attra verso l elettrovalvola 182020 ed il portatubo 240500 alimentera di aria l aspiratore pneumatico Durante il funzionamento l aria aspirata uscir dal passaggio E Tale getto d aria pu essere lasciato perdere nell ambiente o convogliato all esterno Nel primo caso sar bene evitare che urti lamiere od altri corpi che amplificano il rumore viceversa un convogliatore G con gommapiuma di 1 2 cm di spessore ridur r discretamente il rumore Sar bene dirigere verso l alto il tubo che convoglia l aria all esterno cosi che la condensa che si forma con l aria in rarefazione torni nel l aspiratore per uscire dal tubo di drenaggio C nell impossibilit di montare tale tubo con la pendenza richiesta od in presenza di sifoni sar necessario praticare un foro nel punto pi basso del tubo per raccogliere la condensa che evaporera in seguito Funzionamento ed uso fig 1 pag 30 tabella pag 2 Consigliamo di regolare la pressione nel serbatoio del compressore a 5 6 bar ed il riduttore sull aspiratore 040009 in modo che il manometro 040007 risulti a 2 0 2 5 bar durante il funzionamento ed a 2 5 3 bar ad apparecchio fermo Avremo cosi sul terminale piccolo 040634 un volume di
