7. nd then look for the next stage There will be no affect on the sequence If the Unit is displaying the wrong stage name for the next stage during transport it will step onto the required stage automatically when vehicle is within 100 metres of the next start line This will only occur if a stage has been missed If a stage is not run the Unit will realign when stopped at the next stage start line The Unit will transmit stage times to rally base at each time control point It is imperative that all Units are on the correct stage to ensure Safety Notifications are received and transmitted
8. rne de secours mais cette derni re ne sert que en cas de destruction de la batterie du v hicule ou d interruption accidentelle de l alimentation Le syst me passe en mode veille d s que le v hicule est immobilis plus de 5 minutes sauf si un signal d incident est envoy pendant que la voiture est sur une sp ciale 1 Power 12 Volt power supply required As Rallysafe requires a continual reliable power supply from 9 to 28 volts it is imperative that the supply is picked up from the switched side of the battery isolation switch ie Power is supplied to the unit at all times unless the isolator is switched off Please do not use an ignition switch power supply We recommend that a 5 amp blade type or similar quality fuse is used at the supply end of the Rallysafe power lead 0 volts or Battery negative can be picked up at any suitable earthing point providing the master switch does not switch the negative side of the battery The Rallysafe unit has its own internal battery that is kept charged via the cars power but is there as a reserve supply to power the unit for an accident situation where the cars power supply is interrupted ie car battery smashed or dislodged As the Rallysafe unit is aware of its location and movement it will automatically go into power save sleep mode 5 minutes after its position staying constant the only time the unit will continue to to function is when it is sending Hazard type signals while on stage
