Cutting Head Installation and Removal in the following section Lift the saw using the lift points shown Nr Lift Point Lift Point STAND The HD 101R weighs approximately ninety two 92 pounds follow the guidelines for transport in the TRANSPORT section when placing it on the stand NOTE If using the MK Diamond stand follow the following steps A B Open Stand and place Remove Water Basin and place Ensure saw frame is positioned flat surface saw on stand correctly Reinstall the Water Basin s o rVru 2 HD 101R ASSEMBLY Follow the assembly instructions to prepare your HD 101R for operation NOTE Ifthe cutting head is installed go to the next step CUTTING HEAD INSTALLATION C Align Cutting Head rear Pivot Ensure Cutting Head Stop is Install the Cutting Head onto Hole to the Post Pivot Shaft in upward position the Post Pivot Shaft and install and slide onto shaft the Adjusting Knob NOTE For small tiles 6 tile or smaller the Cutting Head should be in the rear pivot hole and the Post should be in the forward post retaining hole For large tiles and maximum cutting length the Cutting Head should be in the front pivot hole and the Post should be in the rear post retaining hole BAN NOTE Move Cutting Head Stop in upward position when For maximum cutting length using rear pivot hole and in the down position when the Cutting Head should be using front pivot hole r
