1. d heures de fonctionnement int gr option l indication se produit par un ACL six chiffres Le compteur d heures de fonctionnement se met en marche quand batterie positive est commut e contre la connexion 5 A cet effet la connexion 6 doit tre fermement raccord e batterie n gative Si n gative doit tre commut e la connexion 5 doit tre fermement raccordi e batterie positive Si les temps de fonctionnement de plusieurs r cepteurs doivent tre surveill s les fils de signalisation doivent tre d coupl s Tade de diodes L indication de fonctionnement se produit par un point clignotant dans ACL En cas de tension de service non appliqu e l indication d heures de fonctionnement peut tre relev e pour 10 sec par frapper la touche option au panneau frontal Montage Percer un trou de montage dun diam tre de 53 mm sur une surface plane dans la champ de vision du conducteur Apr s que toutes les connexions lectriques ont t tablies il faut ins rer P ACCUMETER den haut et le fixer avec 2 vis Moment du couple des vis de fixation max 30 Necm Connexion avec connecteur central ou avec alv oles isol s 6 3 Les fils et connexion 8 4 servent en m me temps l alimentation et comme detec teurs Il faut les raccorder toujours directement derri re la fiche de batterie mais avant le contacteur lectromagnetique principal ou linter rupteur d urgence du v hicule v2. glage des batteries tanches se situe entre K 1 98 et S 2 06 selon le fabricant de batterie 4 Un deuxi me fil positif connexion 9 sert l alimentation de la cha ne de diodes lumineuses Ce fil peut tre raccord par exemple derri re le commutateur clef si les diodes lumineuses doivent seulement tre allum es si le commutateur clef est tourn Si la connexion 9 est raccord e la connexion 8 les diodes lumineuses sont allum es continuellement 5 Afin d assurer une indication exacte lACCUMETER doit entretemps enregistrer la tension vide de la batterie afin de d terminer l tat de charge au moyen de la charge et de la tension vide Donc il ne faut pas par principe connecter une charge pendant longtemps p ex chauffage de cabine Ce ELEKTRON 6 Bei integriertem Betriebsstundenz hler Option erfolgt die Anzeige ber ein sechsstelliges LC Display Der Betriebsstundenz hler startet wenn gegen Anschlu 5 Plus geschaltet wird Hierf r mu Anschlu 6 mit Batterie Minus fest verbunden sein Soll Minus geschaltet werden mu Anschlu 5 fest an Batterie Plus angeschlossen werden Sollen die Betriebszeiten mehrerer Verbraucher berwacht werden dann m ssen die Signalleitungen mit Hilfe von Dioden entkoppelt werden Die Betriebsanzeige erfolgt ber einen blinkenden Punkt in der LCD Anzeige Bei nicht anliegender Betriebsspannung ist durch Dr cken des Tast

ELEKTRON Bedienungsanleitung Operating instructions Mode d emploi Allgemeines Das ACCUMETER dient zur berwachung des Ladezustandes und zur Begrenzung der Entladung von Fahrzeugbatterien Das EL AC VII ist mit bzw ohne integriertem Betriebsstundenz hler lieferbar Anzeigefunktionen 1 Die Anzeige der Restbatteriekapazit t ist lastunabh ngig und kann somit w hrend des Stillstandes wie auch im Betrieb des Fahrzeuges abgelesen werden Eine Kette aus 8 Leuchtdioden zeigt den Entladezustand der Batterie an Mit fortschreitender Entladung verl schen die Leuchtdioden nacheinander Das Ger t ist je nach Ausf hrung f r folgende Betriebsspannungen geeignet 24 V 36 V 40 V 48 V 72 V und 80 V 2 Bei Erreichen der Entladeschlu spannung ca 80 Entladung erlischt die letzte Leuchtdiode in der Kette und die rote Diode Batterie laden beginnt zu leuchten Gleichzeitig wird ein Relais geschaltet Wird das ACCUMETER von der Batterie getrennt und wieder neu angeschlossen ist der Digitalspeicher gel scht und der bei Wiederanschlu anliegende neue Wert wird bernommen 3 Der Relaiskontakt ein Schlie er An schl sse 2 und 3 kann f r Schaltfunktio nen z B Abschalten des Hydraulikmotors genutzt werden Bild 1 Der Abschaltpunkt des ACCUMETER ist einstellbar von A 1 88 bis S 2 06 Die werksseitige Einstellung G 1 94 5 Std Entladung Der Einstellbereich f r Batterie
