Das Werkzeug nach jedem Sch l bzw Entgratvorgang von Sp nen reinigen Bitte die Bedienungsanleitung beachten Alternativ kann auch das Entgrat und Kalibrierwerkzeug des Werkzeugkoffers Art Nr 151 95 90 verwendet werden Dieses Entgrat und Kalibrierwerkzeug mit Aufnahme Sechskant SW 9 ist zus tzlich geeignet f r den Einsatz in Verbindung mit einem Akku Schrauber bis zu einer Drehzahl von max 500 Umdrehungen min Rohrende auf Sauberkeit und einwandfreie Entgratung pr fen Pressh lse auf Rohr schieben Abb 3 Die Pressh lse so weit auf das Rohr schieben dass ca 1 bis 2 mm des Rohrendes sichtbar sind Pressfitting in Rohr einstecken Abb 4 Cofit P Pressfitting in das Rohr hineinschieben bis das Rohrende am Isolierring anliegt Darauf achten dass der Fitting sauber und nicht besch digt ist Press Werkzeug ansetzen Abb 5 Vor dem Ansetzen des Press Werkzeuges kontrollieren dass das Mehrschicht Verbundrohr am Isolierring anliegt Oventrop Press Schlinge um das Rohr legen Die Pressh lse muss zwischen den F hrungselementen liegen Ein F hrungs element umgreift den Bund am Cofit P Pressfitting Press Schlinge verriegeln Die in die Press Maschine eingesetzte Hilfszange in die Press Schlinge einsetzen Alternativ k nnen die Oventrop Press Zangen 151 94 95 und 151 94 96 eingesetzt werden Die Handhabung erfolgt wie bei den Dimensionen 16 32 mm Verpressen Abb 6 Verpressung durchf hren Die
