Betriebsanleitung Zustimmtaster ZSA ZSR EUCHNER Bestimmungsgem er Gebrauch Der EUCHNER Zustimmtaster ist ein handbetatigter Befehlsgeber der Arbeiten im Gefahrenbereich von automatisierten Fertigungssystemen in der Betriebs art manueller Betrieb erm glicht Diese Betriebsart muss entsprechend EN 60204 Teil 1 mit einem ab schlie baren Wahlschalter festgelegt werden Der Zustimmtaster ist so mit der Maschinensteuerung zu verkn pfen dass die Anforderungen an Stromkrei se die der Sicherheit dienen gem VDI 2854 und oder EN ISO 10218 1 erf llt sind Unter den dort ge nannten Bedingungen kann durch das Zustimmsignal die Schutzwirkung von beweglichen Schutzein richtungen aufgehoben werden Autorisiertes Bedien personal kann dann den Gefahrenbereich betreten gt beim Einrichten beim Beobachten von Arbeitsabl ufen gt bei der Instandhaltung Wichtig Der Anwender tr gt die Verantwortung f r die Ein bindung des Ger ts in ein sicheres Gesamt system Dazu muss das Gesamtsystem z B nach EN ISO 13849 2 validiert werden gt Wird zur Validierung das vereinfachte Verfahren nach Abschnitt 6 3 EN ISO 13849 1 2008 be nutzt reduziert sich m glicherweise der Perfor mance Level PL wenn mehrere Ger te hinter einander geschaltet werden Der Anwender des Zustimmtasters muss bleiben de Restrisiken beurteilen und dokumentieren gt Liegt dem Produkt ein Datenblatt bei gelten die Angaben des Datenblatts
