1. chantillonnage tout moment et sans qu il soit n cessaire d voquer un motif quelconque la CIK FIA peut faire proc der un pr l vement trois chantillons de 0 5 litre scell s pour compl ment d analyses dans un laboratoire de son choix En r gle g n rale le pr l vement est effectu dans e r servoir du Concurrent La CIK FIA peut toutefois demander qu un pr l vement soit galement r alis dans e tonnelet servant au stockage du carburant Tout refus de se soumettre l chantillonnage entra ne exclusion du Pilote Le carburant doit tre pr lev en pr sence d un Officiel d sign par la CIK FIA du Pilote ou d un repr sentant de quipe ou du Concurrent tout moment le volume de carburant dans le r servoir doit tre sup rieur ou gal 1 5 litre Les flacons de pr l vement doivent tre propres et construits dans un mat riau robuste non r actif au carburant et imperm able tre d un volume sup rieur ou gal 0 56 litre pour r pondre la l gislation en mati re d emballage de liquides tels que l essence interdiction de remplir le flacon plus de 90 pouvoir tre scell s L tiquette sur le flacon doit pr ciser l preuve la date le nom du Concurrent le num ro du kart et de pr f rence comporter un num ro d chantillon Elle doit tre en outre rev tue de la signature du Pilote ou d un repr sentant de l quipe ou du Concurrent La signature de2. l chantillon vaut reconnaissance de la conformit du pr l vement Le refus non motiv de signer un chantillon entra ne l exclusion du Pilote Les chantillons apr s avoir t scell s sont r partis de la fa on suivante un chantillon pour l Organisateur un chantillon pour le Concurrent un chantillon pour le contr le en laboratoire En outre sur simple demande de la CIK FIA tout Concur rent devra donner les r f rences et le pourcentage du lubrifiant utilis pendant l preuve fournir un chantillon de 0 5 litre de ce lubrifiant en vue d essais compl mentaires Les pr l vements seront effectu s par la CIK FIA mais le Fournisseur d essence devra acheminer les flacons sa charge Le Fournisseur d essence doit apporter sur les circuits et remettre au D l gu Technique de la CIK FIA ou au Commissaire Technique en chef une fiche d taill e des caract ristiques de l essence apport e et vendue aux Concurrents Pour les lubrifiants agr s par la CIK FIA la valeur de la constante di lectrique figurera sur une fiche 197 The comparison of the recorded results with the original fuel characteristics permits to assess the compliance of the fuel sample taken 2 Sampling procedure At any time and without having to give any explanation the CIK FIA can ask for fuel sampling three sealed 0 5 litre samples for additional analyses in a laboratory chosen by the CIK FIA Generally th

R GLEMENT DE DISTRIBUTION DU CARBURANT FUEL DISTRIBUTION REGULATIONS R GLEMENT DE DISTRIBUTION DU CARBURANT G N RALIT S La CIK FIA fera appliquer un syst me de distribution du carburant qui garantira la disposition et l utilisation d un carburant d une qualit constante conform ment l Article 2 21 du R glement Technique Un Fournisseur de carburant unique choisi apr s une proc dure d appel d offres fournira un carburant du type de l essence commerciale propre devant tre utilis par chaque Pilote AGR MENT DU CARBURANT Tout carburant destin tre utilis dans une preuve de Championnat de la CIK FIA doit avoir pr alablement t agr Pour cela la CIK FIA fait adresser au laboratoire comp tent de son choix un chantillon de deux fois 5 litres plac s dans des r cipients appropri s Le laboratoire proc de une investigation compl te des caract ristiques du carburant et de sa composition dans le but de contr ler sa conformit au pr sent r glement et au R glement Techni que de la CIK FIA Les compos s pr sents et les concentrations des compos s observ s dans le carburant soumis l agr ment qui seraient inhabituels par rapport aux carburants classiques seront consid r s au cas par cas et peuvent engendrer un refus d agr ment Aucun carburant ne peut tre utilis dans une preuve sans un agr ment crit pr alable de la CIK FIA DISTRIBUTION Le camion du Fournisse

6. e sample is taken from the fuel tank of the Entrant However the CIK FIA can also request that a sample be taken from the drum used for fuel storage Any sampling operation refused will lead to exclusion of the Driver The fuel shall be sampled in the presence of an Official appointed by the CIK FIA of the Driver or of a representa tive of the team or of the Entrant concerned At all times the volume of fuel in the tank must be at least 1 5 litre Sampling containers must be clean and built from a robust fuel non reactive impermeable material have a total capacity of at least 0 56 litre in order to comply with the legislation for storage of liquids such as gasoline filling up of more than 90 of the total capacity is forbidden be sealable Identification of the event date name of the Entrant kart number and preferably sample number shall be reported on the fuel containers by means of a label The Driver or a representative of the team or of the Entrant concerned must also sign the label The signature on the fuel sample acknowledges the compliance of the sampling procedure Refusing to sign the label without motivation will lead to exclusion of the Driver After having been sealed the samples are distributed as follows 1 sample for the Organiser 1 sample for the Entrant 1 sample for laboratory testing Additionally on request of the CIK FIA Entrants shall give the references and the perce
